From the moment I walked in, I was treated with the upmost respect. Pablo, ken, and Neal are awesome! While… I did my research on the car before hand, they went through it step-by-step, and answered ALL questions that I had. They gave me detailed descriptions of EVERYTHING! This is the first Nissan in my life. I had a very good buying experience in Koeppel Nissan.… I brought two of my friends to the dealer. Totally we took 3 cars from them in one week. Every sales is nice even the finance manager (Joe). Unlike other dealer's finance manager, Joe would not hard sale any package to you. He would go over everything easy. I did not feel any pressure at all. They did what they promised. Except the $75.00 doc fee & DMV, no other hidden charges. I would like to buy my next Nissan from Koeppel Nissan again.Very Satisfied!!!

I received a great price with friendly and extremely quick service. I drove my new car out of dealership in under 2… hours! The drive home was a dream!Please find a different dealer.

I had the choice to purchase from many other dealers in NJ (BMW/Infiniti/Mercedes) but I was not treated well so I decided to go to Koeppel as I have been a customer for years. Joe Clem… (Manager) and John (finance) took very good care of me and treated me very fairly. They helped me out and went above and beyond to make my buying experience the best I have ever had.
