    I am very pleased with the purchase of my new Jeep. I had previously gone to the Jeep in Bayside and by far my experience at Major World was much more professional and courteous. This was one of the quickest and helpful buys yet. Chris was great and most of all patient in answering all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Major World Jeep to anyone in the Queens area.

    I had been procrastinating of going to a car dealer to purchase a vehicle but thank God I went to this dealer because they made the experience so stress free. Shout out to Hugo Baldeon for his amazing customer service and for helping me make my decision as smooth as possible.

    Thank your Major World Dodge. I will recommend your dealership to everyone. The sales rep was so professional and curtious. He sais it like it is and no gimmicks behind it. No fake sales pitch. I literally went in and got my car within the 2 hour period. Dodge Durango is the best.

    The reason why I didn't give a higher review because - The next morning my wife realized that the passenger seat was NOT POWER. I complained to the courtesy call center that asked if my experience went well. Then, I received another call from Major regarding my complaint. Later that day I went to Major and spoke to both salesman. Salesman #1 apologized, and stated that Salesman #2 (the closer) made an error. I spoke to salesman #2 and he explained that he thought I had some other "feature package". I thought the vehicle I was purchasing had the whole enchilada? This was a big deal and I am not happy with this. It may seam small, but that is what they promised. Major! This is why errors occur! Your salesman need to be on the same page or don't have multiple salesman working on the same deal. That is bad for your business. They will need to make this up to me some how. I would have been completely satisfied with this transaction if it wasn't for this "Major" error... Yes, it was a pun.

    Made a deal by phone - expected the usual car dealer BS when we actually sat down to sign - there was NO BS - they honored the deal entirely - why can't all car dealers be like that????

    I just leased a Jeep from Major World CJDR. Patrick assisted me and provided excellent service. I went in for the cheap deal, and left with a bigger car at a lower price, the term I wanted and even slightly below my budget. MWCJDR beat the competition. Thank you!

    It's my first having a car so I didn't know what to expect but everyone was really nice and helpful . Ruben help me with the car and I love it . I got a Nissan versa and I can't be happier with my purchase.

    I walked in on foot and I left on wheels. Also, this was the only deslership that took a chance on me. Now i can improve my credit.

    I felt like my Salesman, Patrick was very knowledgeable and was truly trying to get me the best deal he could. I did not feel rushed or pressured into making a deal and he kept working with me until we both came to a deal that was good for me. I felt more knowledgeable regarding financing and leasing cars and I am just very happy overall with my experience and especially with my new car. I will definitely be returning here when my lease is up to see what options I will have.

    I love Jeep Wranglers and I came to this dealer to by my second Wrangler since 1997. I was thinking I would be buying fun car and got nothing but grief for 7 months after buying it. I wanted sport package with stick shift and they told me they have a car for me but will have to get it from another dealer. I came back few days later to see the car and the car was basic package with smallest size rims and tires. They still tried to convince me that this was sport package. After long conversation they decided to change their story and told me that such a thing as sport does not even exist?!?!?!? Long story short we came to an agreement and I was told they will replace my rims and tires to version that comes in sport package. I was to come 2 days later with my newly acquired car for wheel replacements. When I walked in to their service department, no one had a clue who I was and they looked at me like I had three heads. After talking to my salesmen he told me how wheels are on back order and I was to wait until then. I finally got 4/5 wheels 4 months later. I drove like that without spare for another two months. I should also mention that if I did not keep on top of them every week, I would probably never get my wheels. Unfortunately this is not where story ends. I finally thought I got my car complete and will not have to deal with these characters any more as decided to use different dealer for servicing my vehicle. Two months after I had my wheel set complete and drove 2000 miles on them I was in for rude awakening. Plastic clear coat on all 5 tires was cracking all over the place. I finally called Jeep corporate and filled a complaint. They seemed to be very helpful and not happy with service I was provided with. They recommended me another dealer to correct my issue. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE SAME DUMB MISTAKE AS I DID. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER AS NOONE WILL WANT TO HELP YOU. I should have seen a lot of signs before signing a contract that they are full of it! My love for Wrangler blindsided me!!!

    So I went to this dealership with the intention of pricing a 2009 Jeep Liberty. I had previoously priced the same car elsewhere and got a swet deal for around 18,000 b4 tax. So I walked in and a dealer name Matt showed me a 2008 Jeep Librty real nice car and of course he told me about the rebates and employee pricing and blah blah .. we sat down and he came up with a price of 16,900 b4 taxes including my trade in and all th rebates and blah blah. So I basically jumped the gun and took the offer.. of course anyone would be very excited... so once it went to finacing the monthly payments came to 470 a month! for 72 months now if my math is correct that comes to 33,000+ .. he basicially tried to cheat me. and tried to charge me the sticker price and then some! .. If i took out a loan of 21000 it would cost under 350 ... so basicially im saying dont go here the dealer and mangers in the finacing guy is out to rob... then he tried to tell me that the care was very expensive.. how is it expensive when its 18000 after tax..... Dont go here.. i understand they are hungry and times are rough but jeez ppl arent stupid and then when we called back to protest the avoided the question all together ..... go elsewhere they are [violative content deleted]!
    • The problem with the US auto industry is not the quality of the cars, it is the crooked dealers who bait and switch. Currently there are advertisments on Yahoo offering great deals on 2009 Jeeps (and other Chrysler cars). When I went to the Jeep 17 dealer in Paraamus, NJ, they told me that the advertised offers have many restrictions and were not realistic. The Jeep I wanted was a 2009 Liberty Limited 4X4 advertised for $22,787. I purchased a 2008 Liberty base 4X4 for $22,853. The offers of low interest financing was not available for the 72 month financing. I paid 8.49 APR. Now I know why people are not happy with US car dealers.

    Bait and switch!!!! Do not go there!!!!!! Ad in paper claimed one price, went there the same day and they said they had just sold the last one!!! Tried to sell us another more expensive one and demanded financing!!!!! Stay away--[violative content deleted]!!!!!!! We walked out!!!!!!

    Went into this place today and was moving along nicely with a very professional and courteous salesman. After reviewing many options and narrowing my search, I wanted to test drive a vehicle the salesman went to review some things with his manager. The manager comes over and is looking to talk price. I didnt even test drive the vehicle yet, with a very arrogant attitude he asks how much I want to spend, I say $250-$300 on a lease he scoffs at me than tries to grandstand in front of other people. "Thats a $40,000 car !!! its at least $550 a month!!" so I thanked him politely and exited the showroom. Which turned out to be a heaven sent because I am the new owner of an Acura RDX I am paying only slightly higher than originally wanted but so much more satisfied
