I found the Focus which had low mileage on it and was able to purchase the extended warranty at a reasonable price. Orlean Ford has employees who are caring and helpful. Jason as… a salesman did a nice job walking my son through the car features. Also I was able to negotiate the price prior to driving from Lancaster to medina .Orleans Ford wins my business
by trfield58 on 11/26/2015Purchased a 2016 Ford F350 DRW. Salesman was Kevin Frasier. I was actually working with 2 other dealers by the time I had contacted Orleans Ford. Kevin stayed in touch with me through the entire process while I negotiated with all 3… dealers. Ultimately, I had a comparable deal from a local dealer in my hometown but it was Kevin's hard work that made me choose Orleans. I felt that Kevin "earned" my business. I wasn't disappointed on the day I picked up the vehicle. Meeting Kevin in person was a pleasure as he made the experience the best ever for me and I've purchased many cars over the years. Would I go back to Orleans Ford again even though it's 140 miles from my house? You bet!!!! Thanks again to Kevin and John. TimAmazing dealership!

From internet inquiry to an enjoyable hour ride home

Jason, my sales representative was very curious and professional about following up and having the cars ready for me upon my visit. We test drove two vehicles I requested and again, Jason was very… professional and answered all my questions. After purchasing the vehicle from Orleans and meeting with the Finance manager, Joni, I feel like I've known the business for years yet they are an hour away from me. The drive was well worth it.Excellent facility with awesome employees! Very helpful!

Great car buying experience
by ssprntja on 09/09/2015My wife had been looking for a Flex for close to a year. She finally found the one for her on Orleans website. It had everything she wanted, was the right color, and a great price. We contacted the dealer and was given answers to all our… questions. Charlie went out to the car and looked it over and started it for me and told me any issues that stood out. We worked closely with him that week and had all the paperwork in order before we arrived for the final inspection. We took it for a test drive and 15 minutes later were on our way home, to Illinois. That's right we drove 9.5 hours for a car and I'd do it again. Thanks Orleans Ford and thank you Charlie, for the easiest car sale I've ever had.Quick and easy

I called the dealership and spoke with Rich. He confirmed it was still available and I stopped out… to buy it. He was very friendly and helpful. He found the best rebate available along with a $750 coupon that was sent to me prior. We also went with the 0% financing. The next day I drove it home. Very quick, easy, low pressure and professional. I have owned a dozen ford trucks and cars. I will call Rich for the next pick-up this winter.Thank you for the awesome review, AlcoPaving1!
