The process was smooth and easy and Austin went over everything I needed to know about the car. He even gave me his own iPhone cord to use… apple car play on my way out!! There was one mix up with something on the paperwork that I noticed once I got home. So I msged Austin and he returned my call today after checking on it and alerted me that it would be fixed and taken care of. I purchased a Kia K4 on March 6,2025 at Della Kia in Plattsburgh NY. My salesman was Frank Pixley. This was my first experience dealing with Della Kia and must say Frank was very helpful with me getting into my K4. The payment I needed to be at was met. He got me into the car in the time I needed. Frank did not pressure me to purchase anything extra that I couldn’t afford. Everything from the workings of the car, maintenance schedule and the delivering of my new car was delivered when stated clean and gas full. I will recommend Della Kia to my friends and family and know they will get the service they will be happy with. Thank you Frank and Della Kia.

His extensive knowledge of the K5 showed that he takes his job seriously, believed… in the car and never pressured us to buy. He answered all of our questions and had a welcoming demeanor that made the whole process enjoyable. We decided to purchase the car, and when we came back to pick it up, he was even wiping off water marks, ensuring everything was perfect. Awful service
by Brian kunath on 10/19/2023We have been buying cars here for a few years now and our latest car was in August this year. We had a tire pressure light and on and they said they would fix it at the time of pick up. It was not fixed along with our radio that was… shorting out, we had brought it back within 30 days and we had not heard anything back after the 30 days and they still have not fixed the tire pressure light we are well into October and it’s still not fixed and with the radio and they said they will not fix it because it’s not a safety issue when OnStar and Bluetooth go through the radio this is the safety issue what’s the point of a 30 day warranty they say they keep looking into it but they are delaying it on purpose now we need an oil change reschedule one and we show up and they canceled on us then the next day they canceled it again why? Because they are they free rude service and and the jerk you’re around and a Condon sending to the customers they act as if when you buy a car that they don’t want to service your vehicles for you this service department is terrible for is for simple maintenance. They cannot accommodate.. i’m done buying from these people. Their service department sucks and getting your car maintained and knowing there 3030 day warranty, they do not honor they are rude, condescending, condescending, and arrogant I will go elsewhere to get this overprice car from them from them properly maintained quality service. Yeah, right they can’t even comprehend what quality service means By the way if this is offensive I am offended by how we were treated by the service department.Hi Brian, I believe our service manager contacted you and all concerns have been addressed. STAY AWAY FROM DELLA KIA.
by James on 10/18/2022Service department was supposed to check break lines (for a recall) on my daughter’s Forte. A week later she was driving down the highway and the brakes failed. We dropped it off at a different dealer (as it was closest). The service… manager told me the break lines were badly corroded. Della did not fix the brake lines under the original recall. Instead they put anti-corrosion spray over the lines, which caused them to fail. They either willfully or through negligence, sent my daughter out in a car with badly damaged brakes, risking her life. Even the other dealership said this type of work is completely unacceptable.Hi James, I have been informed that this concern has been addressed and that the service manager apologized for the oversight. Service department at Della Kia has resolved this issue with me and made things right. I understand a mistake was made, but effort was made to correct it. I would remove the original review, but it doesn’t seem to be an option.
James and our EV6

James did everything needed and more to help us get the right car at the right price. We… worked together either through email, calls or text massages to complete most of this process. Don't waste your time!
by Cassandra on 01/10/2022I went to Della Kia out of desperation on a Saturday. My car at the current moment was ready to die. I was leaking fluids bad and my engine wouldn't stop overheating. I would looking to get rid of my car ASAP. I was not looking to purchase… brand new. I had already been pre approved for a loan through capital one. When I got there the initial rep told me that I shouldn't bother because the pre approvals through Capital one were bad. They sat me down, had me fill out paperwork. I told them I was looking for an AWD SUV, not white, and where I wanted to keep my payments. I didn't have a lot of stipulations because I was desperate. The first car they showed me was on the lot, with a certified pre owned sticker on it and when the rep put me in the car he was like "oh the check engine light is on" but told me I was fine to drive it. When I came back he told me they had a red one of the same car but couldn't find it. So in the meantime he shows me another car that looked like it had been in some kind of accident. Then showed me a white car (I said no white) that you could tell someone smoked A LOT in. I was behind the car when he opened the door and I was instantly disgusted. I am not a smoker and don't want a car that smells worse than an ashtray. Then we go back inside, still can't find this red car. Finally someone else in the dealership says the car is at Spotless. The guy brings the car over, it's filthy. Looked like a couple garbage bags had exploded inside. I take the car for a test drive. Ok I like this one. Figure it'll be the quickest option for purchasing. Then they bring me inside, give me these astronomical figures for payments. Then have me meet with the financial person. Let's ignore the fact that I already told them I had been pre-approved for a loan. They run my credit 3 different times before finally running it with the lender I had already told them I had been pre-approved for, and that also happened to be the lender that was going to give me the best payments. So they tell me to go in on Monday whenever is good for me since the spotless guy had to take the car and clean it. We set up an appointment for noon, so I could go on my lunch break. Monday I happened to go in a little earlier than expected as I had a funeral to go to that afternoon. Kia did not have the car. They still hadn't gotten it back from spotless. I sit there for an hour before someone tells me that the car will be there shortly then they'll run it through diagnostics and inspection. They had no idea if the car I was set to buy needed anything mechanical done to it. I was not in a position to continue to drive my current car back and forth until they were ready. Finally the car shows up. It sits in the parking lot for half an hour before the mechanic looks at it, takes it for a test driveHi Cassandra, I am dismayed by this review and offer to meet you at the KIA dealership to remedy and address any issues you may have with your purchase. We normally receive "5 STAR" reviews so you can imagine that I take any poor actions on our part very seriously. You took delivery in September, 2021. However, I still would like to help.
