Lia Nissan of Colonie was spot on from beginning to end. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to listen to our needs was beyond what we could have imagined. Patrick listened to what we needed and in the end made a… great deal we couldn't refuse! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

by nkbrown0428 on 11/14/2018I went to Lia Nissan of Colonie with an objective of just gathering more information for a purchase or lease in December or maybe the early part of next year. I was greeted by Aaron Haynes who took the time to listen to what I was trying… to accomplish before starting his sales pitch. He did not waste my time with any unnecessary details of models of cars or incentives that I was not interested in already. He never pushed me in a direction I was not fully prepared to go in, there was simply âno pressure sellâ. During my first encounter with Aaron he showed me 5 or 6 different models of the two cars that I was interested in. He knew what accessory package I was looking for and answered in each model and answered all my questions directly and without hesitation. When it came time to ârun the numbersâ he took the time to do a side by side comparison of two models I was most interested in. At no time during this encounter did I ever feel like I had lost control of negotiation which is a welcome change to how some dealerships in Albany operate. This was a pleasant surprise because I had grown used to the âhard sellâ tactics of other salespeople at other dealerships. At pickup time Aaron spent well over what seemed like an hour with me going over all of the bells and whistles of my new purchase. I could not have been happier with my entire interaction with all members of the Lia Nissan of Colonie staff, and especially my salesperson, Aaron Haynes. New Altima Owner - Niskayuna, NYCVT FAILURE

He respects and sees i have extended warranty. nicely manner he made another… apointment ( that day for oil change) and diagnose CVT issues. Made new appointment because have to do extnesive repair and provide me rental (my ext warranty covers).. OH yeah i would buy from Lia Again with extneded warranty plan!Great service

I was looking for a reliable car to help me with my son and cross my fingers, I hope I got one. I do a lot of back and forth driving to various doctor's due… to my childs medical issues, he is a proud cancer survivor at the age of 10 and I needed a relaiable car that would take us to where he has to go safely. Our salesman, John Attanasio, greeted us in the parking lot and we discussed what we were… looking for in the Murano. Soon we were on the road and John was demonstrating all the features like satellite radio and navigation displays. Back at the dealership we hammered out a deal and in a few days we were in our new Murano. John was very helpful through the entire process.Anthony Giles

by madisond39 on 09/30/2015Walked in to Lia Nissan of Colonie knowing what I wanted, a Nissan Sentra SL. Dave Seacord immediately greeted me and directed me towards the vehicle I wanted. He was very informative on the model I was interested in, and also explained the… differences in all the Sentra models to me. He did not try to coerce me into choosing a different vehicle, and he immediately took me on a test drive. During the test drive, he engaged in friendly conversation, making me feel at ease and comfortable. It is refreshing to have a salesman that seems to care about the consumer's life, rather than just the consumer's purchase potential. He thoroughly explained all the features and aspects of the car during the drive. He never exerted any unnecessary pressure, but immediately gave me all the info I needed when I expressed my desire to make a purchase. He thoroughly walked me through the potential deal terms, and promptly informed me when they were accepted. He also provided me with multiple insurance agency contacts, making that part of the process much easier. Two days later, I returned and filled out the purchase paperwork with Pedro. Pedro was incredibly friendly and made me feel like a friend rather than just a consumer. There was a bit of a long wait period, as the dealership was pretty busy, but Dave apologized and offered complementary beverages while I waited. He returned as quick as possible and gave me one last thorough rundown of all the features of the Sentra. Shortly after, I was pulling out of the lot with my new vehicle. Dave was incredibly informative, helpful, and professional, and I recommend his services as well as the overall services of Lia Nissan of Colonie.Always wonderful service.

I had not been scheduled for service, but since I arrived at the break of dawn, he assured me that my… vehicle's problem would be addressed promptly. He agreed that the noise I experienced was serious. I could not believe when I was able to drive out, fully serviced and repaired in less than 3 hours!Knowledgeable
