    The service agent that assisted me took the time to explain the work performed on my vehicle, gave me an approximate time of completion of the job and gave me an update while I was waiting for the vehicle. In the waiting area, I was greetedโ€ฆ by the manager and several other employees, who in addition asked me several times if I would like some coffee. The vehicle was delivered to me about 10' earlier than the time originally promised.

    Very satisfied with the service of sales consultant Patrick Cabarcas and Business manager Johnny Shi. I never felt any pressure from sales rep. Staff were very courteous. I honestly think that I have got the best price and excellent serviceโ€ฆ from Paragon Acura.

    The moment I walked in I was greeted, and everyone was really nice. Jasmine my advisor was really great and super friendly, she did everything possible to make me want to come back for any type of services. She was the best.

    Service was done in a very timely manner, and was regularly updated on completion time. All questions were professionally answered. Reasons for certain servicing were thoroughly explained. Everyone involved in the process are veryโ€ฆ knowledgeable... great personality!!!

    It was easy to schedule an appointment online. Once in the Paragon Acura service office, the adviser was very polite, professional and helpful in assisting me with my concerns and procedures. My car was ready in a few hours and the cashierโ€ฆ couldn't have been nicer as well. Over all very happy with their service!

    Service advisor provided very clear report on my car needs, assisted with getting the work done with safety and cost in mind, and service was conducted professionally. I'm very satisfied with Service Advisor's volumen of knowledgeโ€ฆ regarding my vehicle's requireed service and how accommodating she was at scheduling to get the work done is a short time.

    I just purchased a new Acura MDX from Paragon Acura and it was easily the best car-buying experience I have had. I was referred to Acura from a friend and although I live out east, it was definitely worth the drive. My salesman, Enes, wasโ€ฆ excellent. He was a true professional with a no pressure approach. Mark Caceres was the delivery specialist who went over the car with me and not only was he extremely helpful with all my questions pre-purchase, but he continues to follow up with me and has been available to answer any questions I have had post-purchase. Acura, Enes, and Mark ensured that my experience was positive and I highly recommend them to anyone who is intimidated by the car buying/leasing process.

    When I went for oil change, the customer service representatives was very pleasant and she also mention about oil discount without me asking. The service was fast. Since I stepped out of the dealer, I got a text alerting me that the car wasโ€ฆ going to be ready soon.

    It was pretty quick. We didn't have to wait for hours to take possession. Sales people were nice but a little pushy. Finance and technology person were very nice and helpful.

    I have leased and purchased several cars before, however, I've never had as easy and a professional experience with a vehicle purchase than I did at my recent experience at Paragon Acura. Starting from my initial phone call all the wayโ€ฆ through the vehicle walk through after the paperwork was done was a pleasant experience where I felt valued as a customer. Gary was my sales rep who was very professional and knowledgable showing me the car I was looking at. I highly recommend anyone else to ask for Gary. Once we got into price negotiations, Ali (one of the sales managers) was reasonable and understanding of where I wanted to be price wise on the car I was looking at. He went above and beyond to ensure he earned my business and that I was happy with the price I was paying for the car (while being professional and without added pressure). Buying/leasing a car can be a stressful situation during and sometimes even after the transaction if you're not 100% sure of the deal you got. This will not be the experience you will have at Paragon. I highly recommend anyone who is considering a new or used Acura to give these guys a shot. They will do what it takes to make you happy. They did for me. Thank you!

    We visited Paragon Acura on a Saturday morning and planned on visiting numerous dealerships that day. After meeting with Thomas Ng at Paragon, however, we decided to cancel our plans to visit other dealerships. Thomas made us feel like heโ€ฆ had our best interests in mind. He has a very calming presence and provided knowledgeable and friendly service without being pushy or making us feel pressured. We are excited about our new Acura but also about the fact that Thomas has our back.
