His attitude and professionalism. Also, the finance manager was very professional Mr. Pena… was very friendly and professional. His offer with Honda finance, which was higher than my MCU offer made me drop my MCU offer because he was able to vividly demonstrate how how in the course of 5 years I am actually saving more money by taking honda. Attitude sales and this was definitely one of those situations. The deal was great, customer service was great and friendliness was excellent.
