Sleazy dealership unless you like being lied to..
by Stephanie W on 03/17/2024Hard sale tactics and the finance manager does not help anyone but the dealership/himself. He says he works for you, but doesn't listen or help. Went to test drive a 2018 Audi Q7 Prestige on 3/13/24. We were told the car had 1 accident.… Looking at the car's information today, 3/16/24, I see now it has been in 2 accidents. Instead of lowering the actual price of the car, the finance guy spoke to us as if we were idiots. I wanted to finance no more than 60 months and to make the monthly payment fit my budget, he told us how it was insane not to go for 72 months. He also suggested we refinance the loan because rates will go down 4 times over the year. Too many ifs, and possible lies. The Audi Q7 has over 85k miles. I'd be paying for a car that would be worthless in 3 or 4 years. They do not work with you. Also, I am still waiting for them to refund my $200.00 refundable deposit. Go to a reputable dealership instead of Candycars. You will get suckered into a bad deal if you aren't careful. Went to Maguire and Burdick Lexus, and no sleaze factor whatsoever.
