by John C on 11/13/2020Over the past thirteen years I have owned thirteen cars, I have a bit of a compulsion. I have owned BMW’s, Mercedes, Lexus’s and other assorted cars. My problem is I am an engineer that is very particular about form and function. So it… wasn’t until I tested a Kia Seltos Ex that everyone of my boxes was checked, including a fun experience with a dealership. Let’s start with the dealership, Of which I’m always suspect. From Bucky in sales, to Aaron his boss, Amanda in financing and even the general manager I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to deal with. Now let’s talk about the Seltos, a smaller version of the Teluride. The Kia design and engineering team knocked this one out of the ball park. Just from the exterior design we were tempted, the attention to detail from trim to stance is better than any car I’ve owned. And then the ride and drive is fantastic. Our AWD EX model steered like a BMW, it was as quiet as a Lexus and the bells and whistles are second to none. All this for under 30K I still can’t believe it. The only down side is it’s smarter than I am and I can’t pry it away from my wife. Who has put up with my car buying addiction for thirteen years. If you’re in the market for a sport, luxury, small, SUV or even if you’re not, go test drive a Seltos.Thank you so much for your feedback as well as your loyalty. Not even close! Judah is the most personal, caring and… professional guys I've dealt with ever actually. He truly listens, is concerned with the buyer's satisfaction and goes out of his way to reflect that. A true asset to this organization! Amanda in finance was also very understanding and professional. Never did I feel pressured into purchasing a single upsell and that is unusual in the car business. She is truly a very caring and understanding finance manager. Then if all of that didn't top it off, there was Alisha that took me thru how to operate all of the technology the manufacturers are loading up in new cars these days. Never did I feel rushed. She explained it all very well. Great job by yet another professional at this dealership. Before you buy anywhere else, give this dealership a chance to earn your business. Happy with Purchase of Kia Telluride

Regardless, the model we purchased is beautiful and we got it for a… decent price. Taylor and the rest of the sales staff were friendly and did a fine job of explaining the features on the vehicle. Jordan Ogle explained all the warranty options and working with him was very pleasant . Finally, Mark Rodriguez did a fantastic job of explaining in greater detail the vehicle features and helping to get all the communications options set up. Great Experience

I was looking for a specific car, model, color etc. I literally had to call like 30 dealerships to find it. I was lucky enough to be on the phone with the… sales manager Joel when the car I wanted pulled on the lot! Joel and Bucky from the sales side were attentive and responsive, and really worked with me to get the car I wanted at the price point I could afford. Juda from the finance side helped me find a great interest rate (though I did find better at a credit union and went with that, but he was still very involved in trying to get the best for me). There are a few other folks I dealt with when I went to pick up the car, all were friendly and helpful. I can't recommend the team at Paramount Kia enough. Thanks again to everyone!
