Great Car, Great Experience

I had a special request regarding the seating of a particular vehicle, and Rich took the time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and needed. We… drove 3 1/2 hours because of the time he took from his day for my request. Hi-Line made the car buying process very easy, and no pressure. Like I said, we drove a long way hoping that the vehicle was going to be as described, and, it was even better. Rich took great care of us and I highly recommend him and Hi-Line.Top Notch Team

He stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process from the get-go, and worked diligently on keeping us updated with new inventory,… as he knew what we were looking for. When we went in to look at the truck we bought in person, he was very polite, caring, personable, and explained each thing step-by-step to us so we knew what to expect and when. It also was a pleasantly fast process compared to others. We were in and out within a very reasonable timeframe! Should we need another car in the future, we WILL be back!
