The picture and in person view of the Q7 Audi was spot on. The vehicle was detailed… better than any other luxury purchase I have made. The salesman Joe was nice, accommodating and very patient. The manager Daren was personable and approachable unlike some at other dealers. I give them 5 stars. I will definitely buy with them again. No haggling is true. They worked with me on obtaining the perfect car for me with no pressure and Greg was able to offer better financing than my regular financial institution and was able to beat my KBB trade-in… value as well. Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing me all the different functions of my new vehicle and I was impressed at how low their prices were for such a luxury performance automobile. I was financed through my bank, but had to drive an hour to my bank to get the check. I asked that they not run my credit, because I was already… approved and they ran it anyway. I was told If someone else wanted to but the car while I was gone to my bank they wouldnt hold it and would sell it. I was called 5 different times while at my bank rushing me to get the check cut, so they wouldnt sell the car. It was not a fun or fast experience at all. A spare didnt come with my car and I was not told that. I found out after calling AAA only 3 weeks after purchasing the car.Outstanding Purnell!
