  • 70,000 Mile Checkup

    5 out of 5 starsby 10Expedition on 11/09/2015

Took vehicle in for routine oil change and 70,000 mile checkup. Battery was corroded so I purchased a new battery. Town & Country has performed all service on my vehicle since it was purchased in 2011 and I am very pleased with their… service and expertise.
  • Great Dealership

    5 out of 5 starsby jnc1948 on 10/30/2015

Kathleen & Adam Dare was great to work with. They was patient and worked extra hard to assist us with the car purchase. He made it a stress free experience. Throughout the process, he explained everything so we understood all the paperwork.… Also should me how all the Tech stuff worked and answer all me question and even brought the Suv to my house for a over night test ride. I would buy from there dealership again.. Everyone there from top to bottom was great to deal with.

  • Excellent Service

    5 out of 5 starsby taurus8950 on 08/19/2015

I brought my 2008 Taurus in for a 65K check up and service on 8/17/15. I received excellent assistance from my Service Rep, Bill Worthington, Bill helped me set up my appointment for an oil and filter change along with a tire rotation. Bill… was there to meet me when I arrived. I was in and out in about one hour. I appreciate the great service I receive from Town and Country Ford.
  • Easy, simple and enjoyable

On August 16, 2015, I purchased a 2016 Fusion Hybrid SE. Your Salesperson/Associate was Ismael Swepson and your Finance Representative was Rachel Miller. My experience was outstanding! We visited your dealership on Saturday and Ismael… took us through the dealership, shared your philosophy with us, listened to what we were looking for, and then took us for a test drive. I left him with a little "homework" and he was to call me back Sunday around noon - he did and I had all the information I needed to come in and close the deal. Ismael had the car ready, the paperwork had started and we closed on the price - it was more like agreed to your price. I had done my homework on the car and it's pricing, but I did not know about your "True" pricing model. I think that is a terrific idea - very easy for you and very easy for me. When the price is reasonable, fair and competitive from the start it makes for a more pleasurable visit. You should "spread the gospel" of how and why you are different - you are. It seems you have taken the CarMax pricing model and brought it home. I think you should do a better job of spreading the word. It should not a pleasant surprise, it should be a pleasant expectation. Again, Ismael was outstanding and Rachel was a pleasure to work to get everything "locked and loaded". It is certainly easier to sign the papers when you trust the folks! Thank you.

  • Exemplary service continues at Town and Country

5 out of 5 starsby MarineGene on 05/29/2015

Since I first purchased my 2012 Ford Fiesta in March of 2012, I have been delighted with the salespeople (Suat Kokcinar) and the service reps (Bill Worthington for the past few years) and most recently with a young advisor named Jacob. The… service time has always been within the time promised and the work has always been done right and well within the cost of what they had promised. This is the first time that I have come back to a dealer for all service on a car I purchased and I have quite satisfied that I have done so. I know they are going to do a great job and they seem to be enjoying their work while they are at it. I have recommended folks to go to T&C and will continue to do so.
  • Incredible service!

5 out of 5 starsby gheckler on 09/22/2014

In a time where extraordinary service is at a premium, the Town and Country staff is the best. In particular Freddie S. Freddie provided me with the most incredible experience I could ever have in buying a car. I wasn't even in the market… at the time, but after reviewing where I was with my existing payments, we were able to save me money and get me into a new vehicle months before I ever thought I could. Thank you very much Freddie and the team at TNC Ford....you are great!
  • Worst High-Pressure experience - EVER!!!

1.3 out of 5 starsby starsrdancing on 05/26/2009

This was the worst experience ever. I left after a high pressure salesman kept pushing me to answer a question, then another question... When I finally answered him he badgered me further. I might as well as been in a police… interrogation!!. I don't know if it is because I walked in as a single woman, but whatever the reason, the sales associate's boss was beyond intense. Problem for them is that I'm an educated woman AND I've worked as a car sales-person before. Even after informing them of my accounting degree and work experience in a car sales dealership (and quit after 1 month because of dishonest practices), the guy didn't seem to comprehend that I had a clue about terrible sales tactics. I'd NEVER work for a place like this and do not recommend buying here unless you enjoy high pressure sales schemes.
  • Don't Waiste Your Time!

1.7 out of 5 starsby nqq on 03/29/2008

Sales team is only interested in placing a high number and not listening to the Customer. Bought a car before from them and they did not even take this into consideration when I tried to buy a new car. Old men trying to act like they… have power, don't waist your time with [violative content deleted]. There product knowledge was a joke. They could care less about the customer. They think they are the only game in town, I would drive 100 miles to buy a car from a different dealership before I give Town and Country a penny of my hard earned money.
  • Needs Better Customer Service

The people at this dealership are nice enough when you can actually talk to someone. Customer service from these people is sorely lacking. If you call and leave a voice mail you expect a response at least within a couple of hours. I've… called and left messages and no one would call me back all day...and I would have to call again the next day. If you guys don't know the answer, at least call me back and let me know you're looking into it. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and the radio was not working. They were going to get it fixed but when I called the next week I never received a call back. I kept calling and finally they said, "Oh we got the vehicle back yesterday". Where was the call to me? Now it has been over a month since I've purchased the vehicle and the 30-day temporary tag has expired over a week ago. I was promised the permanent tag last week but never received the tag nor a phone call explaining where it is. I called back today and of course I had to leave a voice mail because no one there actually answers the phone, and hours later still no reply. I called again and again had to leave a voice mail. Finally I get a reply saying someone else is working on my case and they are not in the office today. I think that is ridiculous but I would have been more understanding if you had called me back earlier today. It seems unbelievable to me that a business that deals in cars all the time would have any kind of problems getting a out-of-state title and getting a customer their tag in under 30 days. Either no one was looking into it or it was incompetence but either way it does not give a person a good feeling about being a customer of this dealership. And something to try, if a customer calls and leaves a message how about giving that customer a call back within the hour...that goes a long way into showing you care.
