Sales service was good but follow through is lacking
by KIMBERLY on 11/02/2024I had a good buying experience but was told I would be receiving a second key via mail and have yet to recieve it after 3 follow up attempts. The last call I made, I was told by the Sales Manager that the Sales person who told me that is… no longer with them. He said that his Key person wasn't available and he couldn't promise me a second key. I asked him how I could go about receiving one and after thinking for a second He said I wouldn't have to worry about it, he'd take care of it. I have yet to recieve the second key and it's been over 6 weeks since I purchased the car. I've purchased a vehicle here before and recieved excellent service during that process and all service visits. I've also referred family members who have purchased from them also. However, due to my recent experience, I'm not aire I'd refer anyone to them again unless the commitment about the second key is kept as i was promised this multiple times but haven't recieved it yet.Kimberly, we regret to hear that you had this experience with us. He was very professional. I was then sent to the finance section of the dealership and… Vladimir was also extremely helpful and professional. I came home with my RAV4 in about 4 hours! Poor experience.
by Lane Hughey on 08/18/2024We expected a dealership of this caliber to be aware of and participate in current Used Clean vehicle tax credits that may be used at the point of sale in 2024, but they did not. We asked about this multiple times during the process and had… the intention of using this national benefit program, and while they indicated they did this for new cars, they were unwilling to participate in this for used cars. The finance department appeared to not have an understanding of the tax credit system at all. We had our own financing, but were given grief about taking delivery with an approval letter from our bank, even after signing their Spot Delivery contract that indicates we have 8 days to complete financing. The manager reached out after the fact since we were highly dissatisfied with our experience. He offered to help, but then stopped responding after his initial help, and was of no help except to pander after the fact. Overall we were very disappointed with the lack of customer service, the very long wait, and the poor follow up.Lane, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Ford Focus with Oil leaking issues
by Safayet on 05/24/2024All went well but there is an issue which I am addressing later, I would like to talk about service first, Elder was a fantastic guy, service experience was really great! I have bought that vehicle 3 days ago, but I have noticed from the… first day when I park my car for a while I found the engine oil is leaking (Mobil) and the floor on the parking is wet every single time.
