    I was asked to provide the paid Tax receipt for the vehicle I traded. I provided the receipt and 10 days later they contacted me to tell me that I needed to provide the tax receipt for the vehicle I purchased. Which means I have to run around to tax offices and DMV's to handle the administrative stuff they should be doing. Stay away from this inept dealership.

    Everything was handed in a timely fashion. I had my old car serviced here multiple times in the past and the quality they provide has not changed with my new purchase.

    I saw a car online on their website and went to the location to see if the car was still available. The car was indeed available. Test drove the car and liked it a lot. As we enter the building to do paper work, the sales person immediately told me how their system works. All the information was given to me and everything was understandable. Overall, I had a great experience.

    They were very helpful and respectful of my family's time. I was able to go to the dealership with my husband and 5 month old to purchase the car and it took less than an 1 hour. This is my family's 3rd purchase from town and country. And will not be the last one.

    Coming in for routine oil change, Alex was concerned about tire wear, so recommended a rotation, balance, alignment. Was not sure this was necessary, but discovered it had been 35,000 miles. So played this. Then they discovered 2 nails in one tire, so then had to buy new tire. So my bill was pretty high for just oil change! But always appreciate the "eyes on my Rav"! Plan to drive it forever, thanks to your guys!

    I was unable to open the trunk on my Lexus ES330 with 44,000 miles and was quoted by a "fairly" friendly advisor $802.50 for the repair . Expecting excellent work for the high cost I agreed to the repair. When picking up the car, the remote trunk release worked, however the "in trunk" "emergency release was hanging loose and non operational and four of the plastic clips holding the interior trunk lid cover were missing. Had to purchase additional parts for $108.90 plus 4 clips @$2.00 each. which I had installed by somebody else. A costly experience at Town & Country.

  • Unhappy with the "New Team" at T&C

    I've been a loyal customer for ten plus years. I've seen a steady decline in service on my last since the new management took over. I was told during my visit that all the service managers had been replaced. My experience was less than acceptable. I have been dealing with Bret Rise in the past and your current staff could learn quite a bit from him on "customer service". Bret always looked for ways to assist the customer and provide insight into cost saving opportunities with service at T&C. It appears that your new staff don't have the experience and desire to provide good customer service. I was greeted initially, but the individual was not equipped to check me in or answer any questions. What purpose do they serve? So, you literally have to wait until a service advisor comes to see you. I feel the whole attitude around there was that it is a privilege to have my car serviced here. I understand that it would be extremely difficult for someone to follow in the footsteps of the legendary Bret Rise so maybe my expectations are high, but my experiences continued to crumble ever since. The cost associated with some of the work is outrageous. I needed a small plastic piece for my rear bumper (right side bumper top end cap - 52163-0C040 ). The cost of this small piece of plastic was $66.82 and the installation cost was approximately $100.00. I opted to purchase it and install it myself. It literally took me 30 seconds to install it. It took more time to get this out of the packaging. Your new business model will drive loyal customs to your competition. You should seriously consider bringing back some of the old staff that serviced us so well in the past. Feed back is a gift. I took the time to offer this. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Both my wife and I previously took our vehicles to T&C. . Town and Country isn't the only place in town.

    This is where this dealership excels... it's service department is the reason I bought my Avalon from them. I'm never disappointed with their efficiency and attention to the customer.

    Jett Halko at Town and Country Toyota, Charlotte, NC, provided outstanding customer service when we had our 2010 Toyota Corolla recently serviced. She was very personable and professional and took the time to explain all services needed and provided. Also, she expertly answered all questions. She gave us a lot of confidence as she clearly knows her work. Finally, all the work was completed to our complete satisfaction and in a timely manner. We look forward to returning to Jett Halko and the super service department.
