They were able to get me a manager's special, which was so affordable for a low-income budget. My previous car was breaking down all the time, and they saved me from… having to go to the mechanic all the time. They took care of everything here! Chris in financing is amazing, too! They helped me get it registered and licensed, they help me with oil changes and any maintenance. I can't recommend them enough. With all the stressors of modern life, Volkswagen of South Charlotte takes one big thing off my plate!Thank you for your 5-star review! My 2013 VW Beetle R-Line Purchase

Matt, Kent and Mo exhibited sincere concern and willingness to do whatever was necessary to render me the satisfied customer I am today. Since 2001, I had dealt primarily with the service team for… scheduled maintenance on my former 2001 VW Beetle purchased elsewhere. When traded recently, my 2001 Beetle had close to 200K miles on it and was still performing well which is not only a tribute to the brand, but the service team as well. I would like to point out that since Mark C became the GM, I noticed a significant change and improvement upon how the customer is treated when visiting his dealership. Matt H exhibited superb product knowledge in acquainting me with the features and operation of my 2013 VW R-Line Beetle. He willingly programmed the car radio and navigation system thereby eliminating the step by step procedures I would have had to follow using the owner's manual. In a nutshell, the car was completely prepped and ready in all aspects for ME the new owner. It doesn't get any better than this!Thank you for your kind words! leasing new GTI, trading in old JETTA

Relaxed Atmosphere makes a good Experience

Sales situations generally give me a certain amount of anxiety, but the very relaxed… atmosphere that they maintain held up even when in the heat of negotiation. Great Buying Experience!

He was not pushy and did not try to sell us something we weren't interested in. Moe A, the finance director,… made the purchasing of the Jetta very easy. Did not try to push extras on you that you didn't want. An exceptional buying experience! It's good to know there is a dealership out there that concentrates on customer service first! Thank you for a great experience and We will be purchasing other cars from VW of South Charlotte for years to come! Having young children makes the car buying experience almost impossible. Spiro brought the car to our home. He wasn't pushy, he was very pleasant and… honest...everything he promised has been fact! Deceptive

Most of the staff at VW South are rude and arrogant with the exception of the receptionist. I'm glad that I made a decision this week not to make another… purchase from VW South. They will try to throw you under the bus like the Salesperson (Cal) almost did, and service will try to throw you under the bus too. I'm glad that I have wisdom to not fall for their mess again. If you are thinking about purchasing a VW please DO NOT do it. They do not stand behind their products. Dissatisfied Customer!This is Mark Cohen, General Manager of Volkswagen of South Charlotte. ( Ramsey A) found the car we were looking for, called us in to test drive it, and we ended driving the car home that day. I can not… say enough about the overall experience. Great car , great people. First off, I found them online and started the purchase through USAA. Ramsey and the guys at the dealer kept me informed throughout the entire… process. They didn't have the car I wanted, but went out if their way to find one and even order the needed accessories to build the exact car that I configured online. Their offices were clean and entertaining enough to keep my two year old occupied while we completed the sale with the finance manager. At the end of the day I ended up with a great car and a dealer that I trust to use in the future.We're so glad to hear that you had a great experience from start to finish.
