Johnathan Moore, Kristen Murphy and Nick Irish assisted us in making our selection and purchase a breeze. We went "just to look" and… everything was presented in a professional manner and we felt more like family than customers. I was pleased with the selection, but greatly dissatisfied with the professionalism of the salesmen. I have never… been treated so rudely by anyone before! They are the epitome of the slimely car salesmen that all people refer to when they think of a bad experience they have encountered. They will tell you that they will negotiate the price with you while on the lot, but once inside everything changes. When I asked why the selling price had not been lowered as previously stated while outside, I was asked to make an offer on the vehicle. Well, obviously they apparently have a 'no-haggle' policy and I was immediately told to take my keys and leave the dealership when I made my offer. An offer that I felt was extremely reasonable given the used vehicle that I was looking to purchase. I left the dealership abruptly and will never return.Lee Hyundai - Fayetteville NC

I went to look at the local dealer and noticed a new "addition" to faux fees like paint sealant and rust proofing: Market Adjustment. The management at this dealership has added a… $1995 market adjuct fee to the MSRP of their vehicles. Three months ago I came there to look at a few possible vehicle options and met Quiomy who went over her way to… please me and answer all my questions and address my concerns. She had the best interpersonal skills and the nicest friendliest personality. I never felt pressured to purchase the car and Quiomy was very patient with me.
