I visited the Ford, Dodge and Chevy dealerships while looking for a new car and while the… other sales people where knowledgeable and polite none could compare to Devin. His enthusiasm and genuine love for the technology in the Hyundai sold me completely! I have bought several cars through the years and have never had a sales person that seemed to enjoy selling cars quite like this young man. Not to mention the fact that the Hyundai is far superior and is much more user friendly with it' technology. The Mitsubishi was in not so good shape and having some issues we could not deal with anymore. We got a great trade in price thanks to Sheila… Harrison! She was very helpful and knew the answers to all the questions we had for her! She also helped us to get the most discounts possible! My sales person Thaddius was great to work with and I left there with a great car at a great price. This past weekend I returned to… purchase a 2012 Elantra and from the moment I arrived was treated like family. Even after six months the staff still remembered me by name and made me feel welcomed. I Got the limited upgrades which include: leather, Bluelink(new for 2012), heated frt. and rear seats, turn signal mirrorrs, HD radio, and my reason for… wanting it, the panoramic glass roof!!!! All of this for a $1000 more for what I paid in Jan for my trade. This only equated to $20 more a month in payment thanks to hyundai's great interest rates. I love my new Sonata and plan to keep it for years to come. The staff, Quiomy and Tony made the deal happen with great Customer Service, and care for giving me the best money on my trade and best price I could find on my… new Hyundai Sonata. While at Lee Hyundai, my 16 year old daughter fell in love with the new 2012 Veloster, so we are back at Lee Hyundai on 12/27 buying her a new car as well. Thank you to Lee Hyundai for making our Family part of yours!! A special thank you to Quiomy for making my Daughter feel on top of the world while working on the Veloster deal. But Ryan let me test the drive the car and also… told me he could get me that car that day. Let's just say I got the car of my dreams and it didn't hurt my pocket at all. The staff there were more than nice and helpful with showing me step by step how to work and adjust to my new vehicle. After venting frustration, we met with various staff that listened and offered solutions, not pushing. On one of their busiest… days of their year, each staff in each department were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. At the center was Robert S (and Jose') who was assigned to us from upper management. What seemed to be insurmountable, impossible obstacles, were overcome - both in the service department with the current Hyundai, and in leaving with a new Hyundai. And, transportation problems solved.
