Jeanie and Ibis were very helpful and had me in and out quickly especially with the two trade ins that I had. We had visited several dealerships and decided to return to Jeanie Heatherly at Appletree in Asheville NC.She was never pushy or overbearing… but helped us decide on the CRV we bought. She was helpful in everyway even after the sale was final she took her time to show us how everything worked.Great customer service!

Jared McCanless was our salesman, and he was patient, informative, and… willing to work with us despite the fact that he might not have been making the best deal on his end. He helped us get the car we needed at the price we needed, and made it all easy. I would gladly recommend him to others shopping for a car. Todd Currie handled our financing paperwork. He was a gentleman, patient, no hard sell, explained the whole process and made it easy for us. I was happy to work with him, and glad to recommend him to others.Fast Deal!

Jared not only had all the answers, he helped me leave with the car of my dreams that very day. He even played with my son while I completed… paperwork, downloading cartoons for him to watch and taking him to the play area (that is right, they have a play area inside the dealership!) Jared even put the carseat into my new CR-V for me. This is a great place for families, I plan to return again when I get my next car.my dream car!

by cmerrill1 on 03/12/2015When I went to look at cars at apple tree, I didn't anticipate I would be driving away in my dream car, at a price I could afford. But with the help of Russ, it happened and I am beyond ecstatic. My new Pilot is wonderful and I didn't feel… forced into buying it, I felt like they wanted me to drive away happy, and I did. Thank you apple tree for helping me make my dream come true!! Now my one complaint-- shortly before I drove off in my new car, we found a pretty serious area on the front bumper where one of the employees had scraped the side of the front bumper.. They asked for it to be repaired and it was just painted over.. Totally obvious and really unacceptable.. I am awaiting a call to have it fixed, but otherwise I am very happy.Jeanie was Wonderful. Great Car. Made a Friend.

It was about wanting certain things. I searched high and low. I spoke to… countless car dealers trying to get the best bang for my buck. Jeanie worked hard on the deal to get me in a competitively priced 2015 Honda Civic EXL . I had offers from many dealers for various types of cars. I have always wanted to own a Honda. Now I do after Jeanie's wonderful help. I'm happy with my purchase and do not feel any remorse. I got the best price, made a friend in Jeanie, and have no complaints. Give this lot a try. I did not 'need' a new car at this time but have been researching knowing it would be in the next few months. Cold, dreary day I figured I'd go… test drive a new minivan. I met Justin who I immediately liked. He was so laid back and easygoing. We discussed my situation and what I was looking for and although he tried to get me to commit, he wasn't pushy or over the top. When I later began to seek out other pricing alternatives, Justin made sure Appletree had the best offer. I bought the van long before I had planned to but could not be happier. He was with another customer the day we came in, but cheerfully referred us to Peter. Peter is awesome.… Very knowledgeable, courteous, safety oriented. I like how the sales staff work together as a team and the have each other's back. It was a busy Saturday that day, but the staff greeted and took care of everybody that walked in through the door. Finance people were great as well. All in all a great experience and we left that day in a new car!Best Dealership Ever!!!

From the first moment I walked on the lot, I was greeted with the kind and courteous staff and they were so helpful with helping me pick out my next… car. I was torn between the Honda Civic and Subaru Impreza and could not make up my mind, so I wanted to test drive the Subaru one last time. My sales associates Betsy and Jeanie let me take the Honda over to the Subaru dealership and the more I drove the car, the more I fell in love with it. Once I arrived at the Subaru dealership, I knew the Civic couldn't be beaten and I ended up choosing the Civic. I could not have been more happier with Betsy and Jeanie guiding me quickly through the paperwork and answering any questions I had. The financing gentleman I spoke with was also very nice. I was so pleased with the customer service, Jeanie and Betsy stayed 45 minutes after closing time to make sure I had all my questions answered and understood the cool technology in the car. I will definitely come back in the future to purchase another car from AppleTree Honda and will hopefully get Betsy and/or Jeanie to help me again. If you are looking for a car, be sure to visit this dealership and ask for Betsy and/or Jeanie to help you find your next car. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable with your car purchasing decisions. I did not see this at any other dealership I visited and I think that is what makes all the difference!
