Iām hoping it is something as simple as the battery but this is a huge inconvenience as I was told that the serviceā¦ department checked everything on the vehicle prior to the sale. I was greeted by warm friendly salesmen who from treat customers with nothing but respect. My salesman was Shawn Worthy who worked very diligentlyā¦ in getting me the car I wanted, needed and deserved. He literally jumped through hoops with the banks to get me financed. My exceedingly low credit score did hold some bearing on the amount I had to put down; BUT, at Impex Auto Sales they believe people are reformed and deserve a second chance. Shawn worked on the front end with the paperwork and making sure all necessary forms were in, while the finance manager worked on the back end navigating numbers to get me approved. The sales team made me feel like I was apart of the family. They are honest, trustworthy and dedicated people. I would recommend any and EVERYBODY to them. So if you're looking for a nice, dependable, reliable, new, low mileage vehicle; look no further than Impex Auto Sales, where customers are treated like a human beings and not judged by their past.William Monk

We were greeted by friendly sales people when we arrived and were allowed to browse their lot on our own to find the cars we were interested in learning more about. The selection wasā¦ tremendous and the prices are very reasonable. Rami was particularly patient with us while we found the right first car for our daughter. She absolutely loves her new car!!Best Car Buying Experience!

Eric was outstanding in getting me into the vehicle that I was looking for and the upper managementā¦ (Allen & Anthony) were very thorough and presented information very well. I definitely would recommend Impex Auto to anyone looking for a vehicle. Several selections to choose from and all in good shape with reasonable prices. They provide Carfax reports on all vehicles prior to you driving them which was a plus. Don't miss out on a great opportunity by going elsewhere...go to Impex Auto and leave there very pleased and if you don't it's not because of them...something is wrong with you.Amazing Experience!!!

I contacted Mike and he was so willing to help me get and paid for the car to get fixed. I was really surprised at the ease of contactingā¦ and solving my issues. Willam listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and found me what I needed and much more. The finance department wasā¦ quick and efficient so I wasn't there for hours and hours like I've experienced with other dealerships.
