My F-150 needed maintenance (dif. flush, coolant flush, Transmission service and plugs). Darin Zogopoulo made the process simple and easy. The very diligent maintenance staff additional found an issue with my rear brake. I was informed this… was discovered by a courtesy inspection of the entire vehicle. Once discovered Darin called me and explained the issue. Thank goodness because it would have cost me more if it was not found! The work was done on time and on the projected cost.
Riverside Ford is lucky to have a good man like Darin Zogopoulo.

by Dan on 01/03/2023I had a great experience at Riverside Ford. A very easy process from start to finish. So i live in Virginia and was looking for a specific vehicle. Riverside had it priced lower than my area with less mileage. After a few back and forth… emails with the sales associate Albra, i decided to take the 5 hour drive down and it was worth it. When i got out of my car i was not ambushed or overwhelmed but multiple associates. I was greeted at the door by Albra when i was ready to go in. That's how I personally like it when i go to dealerships. Zero pressure. I was able to work out a deal that was fair to both parties and Riverside got me a great APR on my loan. 5 stars all day long. I drove down by myself so there was no way i could drive two vehicles back to virginia. They had two gentlemen there that delivered my new car to me THE SAME DAY. I honestly have never felt so welcomed and treated so well by any other dealership like i was at Riverside.Disappointing

I waited 72hrs for someone to work up a deal so I could submit a deal to my lender that I already had approved financing for. Never got it! Got the run around from the… start! Tried to reach out to the manager just to be put on hold for 11 mins and him never come to the phone. When i asked the salesman about a bill of sale he said he couldn't do one he had to wait for the manager! This is the Most unprofessional place of business I have ever stepped in to! Take my advice and do NOT do business with them. Not only will give them a bad review every place I have the opportunity but I am contacting the better business bureau!Junk cars disguised as a good deal
by Greenfiend07 on 02/11/2019I just bought a car from these people exactly a week ago and there is a leak in the roof. When we test drove the car, we could tell that they had just put a new battery in it and it had reset the sensors (the radio had to be reset as well.)… When we got the car home the night we bought it, the air bag sensors were lit. I now know they are on because they are getting soaked everytime it rains. They said I can pay to bring it in and get it looked at. So this car that I just bought for several thousand dollars, I now have to pay who knows how much to get it looked at and fixed for a problem that they seemed to have covered up. If this doesn't say scam, I don't know what does.Awesome Dealership
