by Jerald on 07/22/2024I just purchased my second vehicle from Bryan Easler Toyota and it was just as smooth and transparent as my Tundra a couple of years ago! I sourced and purchased a new RAV4 for my daughter that had exactly the options she wanted and priced… accordingly! I drove from Charleston and everything was ready for signatures and delivery was very expeditious. Stephanie (owner), Mike (finance) and Jim (delivery) were all very helpful and genuinely nice during our visit while respectful of our time! Overall, this has been the best experience x 2 and I’ll continue to make the trip to Hendersonville for all future purchases!Always fast and easy!!

by John on 09/01/2023I requested a quote on a new vehicle through the Bryan Easler Toyota website. The exact email response I received from Dave Williams was, "John, we have awd Rav4's inbound for $32,480. Come drive one." Every other dealer I have… requested a quote from has provided me with a detailed spec sheet and details on the pricing. Dave's unprofessional, one line quote told me nothing about the features or colors of his "inbound" Rav4's or the timing of when they would be available. Furthermore, when I called up to the dealership to get an email address to forward this "quote" to so they could see how little effort was put into it, no one would provide an email address for management. What's worse is that Dave sees nothing wrong with the "quote" he provided. Customers deserve better. I deserve better.Awesome service

This dealership adamantly (illegally denied us the right to apply for a loan) to intentionally… crook us out of a $500 rebate and lied about fixing damage that was on the new truck prior to purchasing as well. They never replied to the GENERAL ATTORNEY’S office complaint! They replied to BBB with lies. Stating we did not even mention the rebate until over a month after purchase. Never mentioned the damage they promised to repair was never met. VERY UNDERHANDED DISHONEST PEOPLE!Who could ask for anything more?

Why would you buy any where else? Toyota is the bench mark of all the brands.… I asked for it and got it, Toyota! Love the fuel mileage. There are no games to be played with pricing or anything else and they bend over backwards to please their customers. Because the vehicle that interested us was… in stock at another Toyota dealership in an adjacent county, we could have purchased then and there. But, because Lee Warren and Brian Easler have consistently provided honest service, we told them what interested us and in, literally, two days they obtained a vehicle for us. We couldn’t be happier with this dealership and Lee Warren.Great Service!

by AllanR on 01/12/2023My son-in-law from Florida needed service on his Prius, so he went to Bryan-Easler. He expected to pay over $300. The service rep said he didn't need any of the things he thought he needed (including tires), and his bill came to less than… $40!! On my personal car I trust them completely to only do whatever is needed. I am a trained mechanic, so I know what they are doing, and they are right-on! Everything necessary, nothing more. Perfect. Best service center I have ever dealt with in my 60+ years of owning cars.BEST in WNC
