Great Experience at Bryan Easler Toyota
by camogirl on 06/27/2015The whole experience was great, everyone we've worked with has been great, especially Mike Elliott, who we worked with on our 2008 Nissan Altima. They put on cartoons and gave a coloring book to my grandson. Mike makes jewelry so he even… gave us a gift at the end of the process. Would recommend Mike Elliott to everyone!Fast Friendly and Fair
by phimo63 on 06/20/2015Just purchased a 2015 Toyota Avalon at Bryan Easler Toyota. From the first phone call my wife made Greg Varner, our salesman was professional and courteous. We had visited another Toyota dealer earlier in the week and were not at all… satisfied with the way we were treated. This wasn't the case with Greg. He really went the extra mile to ensure that we understood everything that this vehicle offered as well as going into great detail concerning the dealership and what we would be doing next in the process. The Avalon we purchased was priced very aggressively and they were very fair on our trade value as well. After we were able to come to a quick agreement on figures, Jennifer Kuebler handled the vehicle financing. She also was very professional and promptly addressed any concerns that I had, and I had several. She negotiated a great rate for our loan with a term that was budget friendly. She quickly and thoroughly offered products and services and completed all of our paperwork in a flash. We really appreciated the straight forward approach from both of them. I would highly recommend Bryan Easler Toyota and if you do go there ask for Greg Varner, and hopefully Jennifer Kuebler will handle your paperwork. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Thank you Greg and Jennifer, we love the car and appreciate the deal.Went to bat for me!
by NC_Country_Boy on 08/13/2014I had a problem that occurred shortly after the warranty expired. Service Rep. Brandon took it upon himself to contact Toyota and got the corp. to honor this repair as if under the warranty. Brandon takes a personal interest in insuring… both of our Toyotas are operating in peak performance and is just a great person to deal with!New Prius V
by LisbonUSA on 10/13/2012updated 04/27/2025This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Bryan Easler and we highly recommend this dealership. Dave W. was very knowledgeable about the Prius and its features. He made the deal easy. We highly recommend that you ask for him for… your next Toyota purchase.Best Toyota Dealer in the SE USA
by ncreviewer on 07/30/2012updated 04/27/2025Leo Luna and Dave Williams are great sales people and they work at the best Toyota dealer in the SE USA. I have purchased several Toyotas from Leo Luna. He has become more than just a salesman; he is a friend. He is honest and helpful and… will find what you want for what you can afford.3rd New Toyota
by tw828 on 10/09/2012updated 04/27/2025Not only did this dealership beat another dealership by $8000 on a new Prius last November, they just beat the competition by $1800 on a new RAV4. No Fuss, No Muss, No dealer DOC fee!! Just honest, fast accurate dealings.Best Deal In The Region
by qdllc on 09/19/2013updated 04/27/2025Shopped for a 2013 Prius Two. This place gave me the lowest price of anyone, and I contacted several Toyota dealerships trying to see if anyone closer would match (or beat) their price. Nobody bothered to try. Everything went smoothly, and… the staff was very helpful. The only bump is that Toyota lists extras at one price and each dealership has their own price (what Toyota charges to do it on the assembly line versus what the dealers are made to pay after the fact). I asked for the protective paint film package. I didn't think too much of it being only $200 compared to just over $400 as shown on the website (as I was paying $300 extra for a remote start option, I figured it was just how the math worked). It turned out that the film was mostly the step of the rear bumper and door edges. Not what I expected. I'm not sure what the $400 package would have included, and I hear the whole deal would be even double of that. BAD BAD BAD on Toyota for not disclosing what the package specifically includes. I can't blame the dealership for this. Fortunately, other Prius owners said the "whole package" was of questionable value, so perhaps it's a good thing I didn't get it. Even the dealer said they limit the film package that they offer to what is most requested by buyers rather than do all of it.Thrilled with my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman!
by CSWY1997 on 05/12/2014updated 04/27/2025Searched for a used Mini Cooper Countryman and tried Carmax since I didn't want to haggle. They had nothing local and I did not want to pay a transfer fee and then not like the car, so I searched Edmunds.com and found a matching car at… Bryan Easler Toyota in Hendersonville (45 miles away). Talked with salesman Steve and arranged to drive up from Greenville SC to test-drive the car. I found everyone at the dealership to be helpful, and I took the car on a test drive with Steve. Long story short, I fell in love with the car and bought it, with the entire deal being completed within an hour or so. Since I bought the car outright and did not trade in my other car (the one I drove up to Hendersonville), Steve made arrangements to have someone drive the Mini Cooper to my home in Greenville. I was very pleased with all aspects of the transaction and enjoyed the low-key, no-pressure feeling of the dealership. I would recommend Bryan Easler Toyota Scion to others, and I will keep them in mind next time I buy a car.Great experience can't wait to drive my new car.
by retired70 on 12/02/2011updated 04/27/2025Buying a car can be stressful and some salesmen offend me by pushing me to buy a particular car. The salesman at Bryan Easler Toyota never tried to sell us a car, but helped us decide in every way he could which car we wanted. He showed us… cars, gave us information about the cars and answered our questions. He did everything possible to find the car we wanted and to give us the best price quote. Being aware of the techniques some sales people use to pressure customers to buy a car makes me not trust them and I often feel like a "mark" rather than a person. At Bryan Easler I felt like I was having a conversation with someone I knew rather than a salesman. This salesman also addressed everything he said to me, a woman, and not just to my husband. Some sales people don't give much consideration to females which is a mistake because more often than not we're the one who makes the decision/choice. I appreciated being treated with a lot of respect. When buying a car it's a good idea to choose the dealership with care because it's where the car purchased will be serviced. We thought about this and it was part of our discussion when agreeing on what and where to buy a car. If all our car purchases had been as good in the past we wouldn't feel we must research online and buy online rather than dealing with salesmen at the dealerships. We won't take possession of the car until Dec. 21st, which is fine with us. We're willing to wait for the car we believe we'll enjoy most.
