How car buying was meant to be!
by 15Eagle on 02/26/2016We have purchased two cars from Flow MINI in the last two years. This dealership should be the model for all other dealerships to emulate. There are no high pressure sales pitches, no good-guy/bad-guy games with managers, or any other… archaic car sales techniques. Our salesman, Michael Robinson, is a professional who knows everything about his product and actually enjoys what he does. The atmosphere is super relaxed, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the cars speak for themselves. Financing some of the best you can find. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.Great Customer Service

I called quite a few Mini dealers and his customer service surpassed the others. I love my car… and would definitely purchase again and refer others.Great car buying experience

He showed me what I was interested in and didn't try to get me into something I wasn't. Even the trade in process was… smooth. Mini offered us more on our trade in than another dealer and a major used car store. This was my first Mini experience and I love my car and would wholeheartedly recommend Mike and Flow Mini.Great experience

by orangecrayz on 11/12/2015I recently bought a used 2012 Hyundai from Flow Mini. The car was just as shown on the website- no funky pricing or false advertising. I worked with Mike during the whole buying process- he was great! He was very friendly and… accommodating. He went with me on a test drive and wasn't pushy about anything. This is a no haggle dealership (as far as used cars go) and I felt like the price was very fair. I have also been very pleased with the service I've received thus far after buying the car. I noticed a few days after buying that there was a nasty scrape near the bottom of the driver's door side that I had overlooked. I told Mike about it and he had me bring in the car the next week. They did a nice touch-up job (at no charge) that covers up the spot and it's only noticeable if you know to look there. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other buyers.Great buying experience at Flow Mini

by JessLamb on 09/14/2015I bought my first Mini from Flow MINI in Winston Salem in 2008. The Raleigh location had not opened yet so that was the nearest dealership to me. While that was a positive experience, this time around (September 2015), was beyond positive,… it was actually enjoyable. The sales person I got to work with, Michael Robinson, is what made the experience such a breeze. He understood exactly what I was looking for and never tried to up-sale me on things I didn't need/want. He took me on a couple test drives so I could see the difference in the models that have come out since I bought my first Mini. He kept me informed throughout the process of waiting for my car to arrive, even calling me on his day off with updates. I would absolutely recommend calling Michael if you're in the market for a Mini. I'm trying to talk my husband into getting one too so we don't have to work with a sales person somewhere else. :)Great experience

So I was looking for a general introduction of the Mini and didn't want to be rushed.… Michael Robinson was very patient with me answering all my questions one Saturday. Within the next week we chatted again and I decided I wanted to get the Mini. I had a long list of specs and didn't know if I needed a customized one or one that was already in inventory. Well it turned out one was available on route that met my price point and specs. Got it within the next week and could not be happier with the purchase experience. Michael is very knowledgeable and it doesn't have any of the negativity that can cloud a sales experience. Very happy all the way around.Michael Robinson @ MINI of Raleigh - one of the best!

Michael gave me immediate references and internet links to articles… on BMW's new '3rd generation' MINI. He has always been a great resource - and an ultimate professional. I had to purchase my MINI out of state because my temporary 'old ride' started to break down and I couldn't wait for an 'ordered' MINI to arrive in another six to eight weeks from Michael. I believe I still owe him a sale, and I want to encourage anyone reading this to contact him and purchase a MINI through him.Bought my 1st mini!

I love the car and I have to say that it was the best car buying experience that I've had to date. Michael was extremely… professional, patient & thorough. My husband and I live in the Charlotte area and were only in Raleigh for 2 days. Michael accommodated our schedule without hesitation. When I picked up the car, he spent time reviewing all the features on the car and helped personalize the settings.
