    The new service center was great. I really like the quick opening roll up doors, nice touch. Service time was reasonable and the free car wash made my Prius shine.

    I have to drive from Rocky Mount for service. If I didn't drive a Prius, it wouldn't be worth having the Family Plan. But I got a tire rotation and an inspection in about an hour. So I was happy about that.

    Your new service department entrance was a good experience. My greeter offered a warm welcome and checked me in. Your waiting room is very comfortable and I sincerely appreciate the coffee since my appointment was at 7:00am. Ryan Cesar is just outstanding and a tremendous representative of you dealership. He goes out of his way to make sure I understand exactly what is going on and how long it should take.

    I liked that fact that Stephen Martinez helped me through the entire buying process. He was attentive to my needs as a consumer. He allowed me to decide what I wanted instead of pressuring me to buy something that I didn't want. That earned my highest respect. He is an excellent salesman. He dedicated his time, efforts, knowledge and expertise to me. I have recommended all of my nursing coworkers to him from my job. This car buying process has been the BEST in all of my years of purchasing vehicles thanks to Stephen Martinez. I recommended him to all of my coworkers at the hospital where I work and family also. I will definitely be returning for other purchases in the future.

    I liked Andre Robinson our sales person who was helpful and showed his knowledge without trying to rush the sale. He came in on his day off to help me when I decided to move ahead with the purchase. We enjoyed the comfort and feel of the dealership and felt assured that the service department could deliver on the added service incentives that were a part of our purchase.

    You had an very good amount of trucks to choose from. I liked being able to compare the different trucks. My sales guy Marvin Cobb was very nice, courteous, and knowledgable about the Tundras. I told him what I was able to spend and the truck I wanted and your staff made it happen. This is the second vehicle I have bought from fred Anderson. I enjoyed talking with the Finance guy also. Larry was very excited about me buying a Tundra. He has alot knowledge about the truck and told us about how he was involved in a experiment with the truck and explained alot of stuff that I didn't know.

    On a very cold and rainy day, I decided to check out Fred Anderson Toyota. So as I walked up towards the front entrance of the dealership, I was greeted outside by a very friendly and professional salesperson. The whole process was simple, although it does take a bit of everyone's time. I picked out a car, test drove, talked budget, they ran some numbers, talked again, they ran some more numbers, talked some more, and in the end, I walked out with a great deal on the car that I wanted!

    What I liked was how my salesman Mr Wall really made my visit simple. I explained over the phone to him what I needed in terms of costs and payments for a pre-owned car and he found a vehicle that I liked and in my price range.

  • Persistency is key...thanks Mickey!

    I was frustrated because this was my third time in for a tire issue (same tire kept having low pressure) and after searching for anything wrong with it they couldn't find any problems...again. However, Mickey was not going to let me go home frustrated or feeling like I wasted my time so he had the team look harder and they found a small hole and fixed it in no time. If Mickey hadn't been so persistent they would have never found that hole and I would still be cranky with a leaking tire. You need more staff like him!
