    We had a great experience buying our 2015 certified Nissan Quest. Stephanie Mabe was our sales person and she was fabulous. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and I never felt pressured. I felt very comfortable the whole time. We got a great deal and payments that won't break us every month. I have other family members that have also bought from Modern Nissan and been very satisfied as well!

    I want to start off by saying I'm only 18 at the time of purchase of my new 2016 Altima, I worked with mercy, when I first walked into modern I was a little upset at the time of how long it took for someone to help me but I really truly believe that was god sending the right person. Mercy newsome has an awesome story and that's what made me connect with her even more, I had been shopping around with other dealerships but mercy made me feel like a part of the modern family and not just another "sale" like other car salesman at other dealerships. She got a better deal than I expected to get considering my age and credit history at the time only being 18, my mom will be purchasing a car from her next year and I will be too in the future!!!     This is my second new vehicle that I purchased from Mercy Newsome and both experiences were excellent, otherwise I might not have gone back for #2. She is professional and caring about her customers and potential customers, thorough and takes whateve3r time is required to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed decisions. No pressure whatsoever and even the financing process was pleasant as Hannah helped me through it step by step, answered all questions and made sure I was happy at the end. Even the coffee was good. Ask for Mercy when you go to Modern Nissan of WS.

    Mercy was my sales rep and she was fantastic from the time we met till I drove off the lot. She did whatever should to make sure I could get what I want and afford it in my budget. She is amazing and was so nice and personable. She is there to help others be happy more than get a paycheck and I have full faith in that. I could tell she really loves her job and what she does.

    Mercy Mitchell was my first female salesperson. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful in any question I had for her. I shopped o online with Cindi first and requested someone knowledgeable and not simply "after a sale, no matter what". I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking for the right vehicle. I changed my mind on different aspects of my purchase throughout negotiations and not once did she seemed aggravated. On the contrary, she wad eager to find me exactly what I wanted...and she didn't stop until she found it.

    I've been driving a 95 Honda Accord for about 3 years now. That car was my first car, it holds sentimental value. Everyone left and right told me I needed a new ride. I was very hesitant only because I don't have a car payment and I have my insurance at a good price for a 21 year old. That was until I saw a 08 Honda Si on the Modern website. I immediately rushed into talking to someone about it. Joe Pierce listened to my wants and needs. They got me my monthly payment where I needed it to be and serviced my car for the day I wanted to drive it home. Mind you, this will be my first on the road experience driving a manual and Joe gave me some great tips on when to shift. The managers were amazing and it only took 3 days to take home my new (used) car. Day one was talking about numbers and me thinking about it. Day 2 was asking questions and signing all the paper work. Finally I took the car home the next day only because I was so nervous on driving it home. Never did I think I could experience the Modern Difference. Thanks Joe Pierce and Modern for working with me even when I can be a handful.

  • When others said no!

    I came to Modern Nissan after poor customer service at Crown Nissan in Greensboro NC and a firm no at KIA in Greensboro NC. My back was against the wall. I had a 2012 Acura TL that I needed to get rid of due to a bankruptcy attached to the co signer. It wasn't running great and it had negative equity. My credit is the worse and I had no money down. I met with Joe Pierce. He was very friendly and down to earth. The whole team at Modern Nissan made sure we where taken care of and didn't treat me like the loser I felt I was that day. They took all our info and told me they would call that Monday. And they did exactly what they said. I'm a owner of a brand new Sentra. And my payments are the same. With all their rebates and lowering the price of the car they made the deal work. Now I'm stress free!

    Modern Nissan of Winston Salem is the best place to buy or lease a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima and i am enjoying it. Mercy Mitchell was my sales person and she was very helpful and friendly. I have purchased many vehicles over the years at Modern Nissan of Winston Salem and this is the only place I will keep going to as a loyal Nissan customer.

    Yesterday I purchased my first vehicle from the Modern Nissan of Winston. I worked with Mr. Ron Long who was recommended to me by my parents who had dealt with him previously. Mr. Long worked with me to find a SUV suitable to my needs in my small budget. I would highly recommend this dealership.

  • Experience The Modern Difference

    They really mean the slogan! Modern Nissan of Winston Salem is the best place to buy a new or used vehicle. They have the best selection of Nissan's in North Carolina and surrounding area States. If they don't have what you need they can find it and get it there for you. You will always have the most positive experience! The sales staff, especially Stephanie Mabe will make you feel like you are the number one priority. My sales lady Stephanie Mabe already had my vehicle ready when I got there that morning and most of my paperwork was completed making my day easier. We went for a test drive and she explained and showed me how things worked with all the new technology that I was not familiar with, she even paired my cell phone to the vehicle. When all that was done and I was satisfied with the vehicle she took me to the service department and introduced me to the staff. Then moved into the main facility for a tour and met many friendly people all willing to assist me with whatever I needed. The finance guy Reggie was knowledgeable and made sure that I got the best rate possible. Stephanie and Reggie explained everything in detail so I left with no questions. I was extremely happy to drive my new Nissan Rogue off the lot. Stephanie made sure that it was washed even though I didn't think it needed it but they didn't want any pollen on my new shiny vehicle on the ride home. If you need or are looking at a new or used Nissan vehicle make sure that you go see Stephanie Mabe at Modern Nissan of Winston Salem. She will make sure that you have the best experience purchasing your new or used vehicle. She will check in on you via email too to make sure that you don't have questions that you might have forgotten a few weeks after your purchase. Always with a smile on her face you will never meet a more friendly happy person. Stephanie Mabe is the best and I will always be grateful for my experience with this Nissan dealership family!! I love my 2016 Nissan Rogue!

  • Fabulous Experience

    We had an extremely positive experience with Modern Nissan and we love our new 2016 Rogue! Modern Nissan had the lowest price in the state for this particular model and package. We contacted the dealer online first and then went to the dealership, where we met "Mercy" who test drove the Rogue with us. Mercy was professional, well informed, patient with our methodical process, personable and super kind!!! She made it clear she was available to help us buy our new car, but she was not pushy. It was clear that Mercy and the Modern Nissan team were genuine and authentic people. We could tell that they really cared about us as people first. It was also clear that their staff is service driven and their mission was to help us buy a safe, dependable car at a price we could afford. This was a contrast from other dealerships we had encountered and largely responsible for us deciding to give them our business. Terrell was the finance guy, crunching numbers to find us the lowest interest rate possible (he even called us back the next day after he found an even lower rate). They stayed late that night completing all the paperwork and we drove our new 2016 Rogue SL home that very night. This was our first experience purchasing a brand new vehicle and thanks to Modern Nissan, Mercy and Terrell, it was a great experience!! Buy from Modern Nissan! Ask for Mercy! You will be glad you did!

    We had never bought a car from a dealership before. Warranties, how much a car is worth and how to pick the right car for us seemed like a walk on Mars for me and my husband, until we walked into Modern Nissan and were greeted and helped by Stephanie Mabe....She made every step of the way pleasantly easy.
