by Seminoles11 on 05/26/2018I had a surprisingly great experience when I traded in my 2016 F250 Diesel Lariat and purchased a new 2018 F250 Diesel Lariat at Parkway Ford.. My salesperson, Sandra, was very knowledgeable and not "salesy". Sandra listened intently to… what I asked for in a new truck. After listening, and more importantly, comprehending what I wanted and needed in a truck she showed me and sold me a new 2018 F250 Diesel Lariat. I would recommend Sandy for anyone who is seeking a knowledgeable sales person who listens and to her customers wants and needs, rather than just trying to sell them something that isn't relative just to suit their own agenda. I also had a super experience in the finance department. To my surprise, again, there were no schemes or scams. I was able to save an additional $500 even after explaining I was going to use my personal banking institution. They spoke to my banker directly and handled everything. Very smooth. The entire experience was great and I look forward to sending Sandy some great referrals.Purchase of truck

On… Monday May 16th, I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Tyler, Mr. Tyler approached me immediately he was not pushy he was very professional and confident. I knew I wanted a truck but didnt jnow which one, listening to his suggestions and advise I was sold on the 2018 F150 Stx. He took his time explaining to me all the pros and cons of the truck, he sold me a truck according to my needs. Again I sold high end cars for a long time and Tyler really has what it takes to be a great sales man. In my line of work confidence is what it takes to be the best, and Mr. Tyler Smith has that. I have already referred people to go see Mr. Tyler because I know he will treat them with the same confidence and respect he gave me. Thank you again Tyler keep up the great work!!! Sales personnel were very nice and are exceptionally knowledgeable and .professional. I worked with several Parkway reps in the process… but Linnea Shepherd was my primary sales contact. Linnea and others worked together to assist and complete all paperwork. I live in a gated community and the programming of the gates can be quite difficult. Linnea and one of her associates came to my house and programmed the gates and garage. Linnea also helped me with the new controls on the 2018 and actually came by my house to help. Doing business at Parkway is a real pleasure and honestly I can't imagine going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. by LJohnRead on 03/11/2018Mike Bray and the folks at Parkway Ford were very good to work with. They were able to meet my price and I am very pleased with the car. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the car had 600 miles on it which were represented as demo… miles. This turned out not to be the case. Had I known this I might have opted for another car. However, I absolutely love my new Mustang GT and Parkway has agree to stand behind the vehicle should there be any problems. I also bought the extended warrantee, so all should be good.Very Pleased

He listened to exactly what I wanted, offered great… advice and worked diligently and quickly to find the right vehicle for me. My husband wanted the Flex and I wanted the Explorer and that created fun on the lot. Our salesman was outstanding working with… me and trying to back off to let us make up our minds. He worked with us letting me drive both cars walk off and then even let me leave to think about it after his entire team had finished the paperwork and we were ready to leave. Now that is a great place to deal with because they work with you and don't try to sell you something you would be dissatisfied with later. I would recommend Parkway to anyone that wanted an honest deal with the customer needs first. Thank you, team Parkway.
