My wife took my current expedition there last year to the used lot and the front man at the counter tried to kill us… on the paint touch ups my truck needed. Richard gave me an excellent break off it and applied to the new purchase. You should have more just like him!Good job

Going through the process I also had support from Paul Ramsey the General Manager with additional Dealer… installed I required for the purchase. Jennifer Berryand Cathi Birke in Finance extended themselves to help me with my choices going through the purchase process. Parkway Ford Lincoln exemplifies great can do customer service. When I arrived at Parkway Ford Lincoln Patrick Erickson introduced me to everyone including the used car manager even thou I did not have a trade-in. The sales floor was very professional and my new Mustang GT was kept in a 3 car holding garage away from the general public. The key element that was maintained was a high level of comunication and exhaustive amount of attention to detail sensitive towards the customer. The high point of this was experienced at delivery. From the minute we arrived at Parkway Ford, we were greeted by Brandon Shepherd, who… made us feel welcome and at ease. A short time later, Jasmine came out to meet us, and assured us Brandon was the best person for us. True to her word, Brandon was great!! Through the whole process, Brandon was personable, professional, and very patient. (I had my 15 month old grandson with me.) He provided us information to assist in the decision making, making it much less stressful than past experiences with auto-buying. Cathi was also very nice, engaging and informative during the loan process. All in all, our experience with Parkway Ford was the BEST car-buying experience ever!!
