by Bjh12345 on 01/13/2017I went there late at night tired and was kind of rushed sorry I didn't go in daylight as I noticed a slight dent in a door I could not see at night the next morning it took 5 or 6 calls and messages to even get a return call hours later… only to hear they couldn't do anything about it I could have done it driving home...I signed a contract so I was stuck with the deal...later I get a call after they realized they forgot to get me to sign something.I was reluctant to do so...on news years day they harassed me with phone calls and emails to come sign the paper...I don't know what would have happened if I didn't I wish I would not have and it probably could have stopped the deal and I could have got my car back..but I signed it because I just wanted to be done with them once and for all...this is the third new vehicle I bought from them and will be the last...after asking the sales person 2 different times if I would get a refund of my gap ins. And an extended warranty on my car he sa I d yes ask the finance guy and he will do it for u...when the deal was done and I was transferring my stuff from my car to the new truck the finance guy comes outside the first time I saw him through the entire process at this time it's 1030 at night when I asked him about my refund he then tells me they used that in the deal to make it work ...very shady...funny part is the next day he realized I never signed a paper allowing them to take that money that's when the phone calls started....watch them they are sneaky...They were able to work with us.

by BHH1234 on 01/05/2017t was a pleasure doing business with Amy Wainscott. I appreciate that she listened to my concerns and didn't try to push a bunch of stuff I told her I didn't want. She believed me when I told her I wasn't interested in sales "games" rather… than take it as a challenge to beat me as others have done in the past. I also appreciate that she gave me an online quote the first time I asked and didn't use my initial contact as a means to lure me into the dealership like other dealers have tried with their cheezy replies: "when can you come in, we're your friends here, when can I call you, etc.). Amy's initial quote was in line with the web price too. Other dealers I contacted quoted prices several thousands more than their web price. I really, really appreciate the work Amy did to get me a great deal on the Mazda my wife really wanted!2016 kia soul!!!

This was a demo with less than5,000 miles on it -- exactly the car I was looking for.… Tracii was helpful, professional, and I feel we agreed to a fair price. Over the past month, I have been car shopping to replace my… 2010 diesel jetta. I was interested in the Mazda3 but was having trouble locating a manual grand touring in black. (2017 mazda3 were just released and the manual a little harder to come by.) After consulting with several dealerships in the area, I had almost given up on finding the car I wanted. However, Randi and her manager, Eric, were persistent. Once the car was located in Lexington, they moved quickly to trade with that dealership. (no deposit needed to execute the transaction.) The car arrived the next day. The price they offered me was much lower than what Kings Mazda or Paul Miller quoted for the same car. When I arrived to pick up the car, Randi had had it detailed and even put a bow on it. So cute and fun. Such a great experience. Highly recommend.Owner of a new cruze

I told him at the start I wouldn't be in a position to purchase until tomorrow but that stopped in to make sure I had all the paperwork I needed for tomorrow. He told me he couldn't run the app until I… was ready to commit but that he would complete the paperwork and run it by the bank to see what could be done. I told him I was just there to speak to Dave, one of the managers -- I never did get to speak to Dave-- and I just wanted informatiob. He persisted even when I told him I was interested in buying a Sonic that was listed on the website. He tried to find it on the lot. He then brought a 2016 Nissan Versa for me to test drive. I test drive the car and brought it to my home to get the paperwork I had put together for the purchase I planned to make tomorrow. We finalized the paperwork and I bought the Nissan. 6 hours was much longer than I had planned to take to purchase a car. It should have only taken an hour to an hour and a half. I would recommend dealership to others but would warn them about the length of time it took and the persistence of the salesman.We are sorry that the process took too long. We will do our best to see if we can approve upon that experience in the future. Thank you for your feedback.

We had looked at Rogues too. We wanted a 2016. I had looked at… Cars.com and saw that Wyler had a new 2016 Murano Platinum in a color and accessories we were looking for. We went to check out the car. Even though it was windy, cold and raining, the salesman Tony Steigert came cheerily out and asked if he could help us. We looked at a few Muranos and decided to take out the silver 2016 for a test drive. Our son drove. We loved the car. It had more options that we wanted than our 2005 Murano. We also knew what our limit was for price. In a short time Tony was able to come to an agreement with us on the purchase of this vehicle. The entire process was very cordial and friendly. When we came back to pick up the cleaned car, Tony showed us how to operate the many features. Too many to remember them all! We felt like a member of the family!
