  • Bought 2 new cars today from Jeff Wyler Kia

5 out of 5 starsby Amberlarcomb on 11/20/2016

My husband and I made our first purchase from Jeff Wyler Kia in spring 3016. We purchased a 2016 forte which has been a excellent car the last 10 months! We stopped by the dealership today for a tire rotation and oil change and ended up buying 2 new cars. We were only interested in trading in my husbands 2009 colbalt. But The excellent team at Jeff Wyler Kia helped us also trade in our new forte to lower our interest rate and payments! We still had about 2800 left to pay on the colbalt. They paid off both loans, kept our monthly payments we were already paying for 2 cars, and we came home today with a new loaded 2016 forte and 2016 Kia Soul. Excellent, upfront, honest team here at Kia! They have earned themselves life time customers! Thank you Aaron Hunter for making this happen!
  • Quality Service Fast

5 out of 5 starsby RNleaser on 11/17/2016

Marx contacted me about trading in my lease. With a "pull ahead" program I got signed on a brand new Kia Sportage lease for only 250$ down and 235.99$/month. Marx listened to my needs and took me seriously. I arrived at the dealership around 6pm and was out the door with my new car by 8:45pm. Marx respected my terms and most importantly my time. This is my second lease with Jeff Wyler East gate and I will return. They will earn your business.

Found the car I wanted online at Wyler auto. Called for information and questions. Savannah returned my call with the answers. We setup a time to meet and I drove 130 miles to the dealership and was taken care of well. I left that day with my new car. Good experience at Jeff Wyler Auto.
  • Great experience!

5 out of 5 starsby shajackson on 11/15/2016

Purchased a new Nissan Maxima and did most of the discussion, pricing, features via email with Jeff Wyler Nissan, Eastgate in Cincinnati. When we arrived we were pleased to work with Jarad who handled all our paperwork. He was super nice and helpful in every way. We also worked with Drew the sales manager and we're pleased with his communications and interest in making sure we were pleased. From top to bottom the whole experience was very pleasant. I would recommend this dealership. We now have an awesome car at a good price.!
  • The best team sales team in car sales

    5 out of 5 starsby Dodger011 on 11/14/2016

Gene, Let me express my deepest gratitude to your whole team at Wyler Used Cars. We have bought 6 cars over 8 years from Wyler. 2 in the last 6 months, and in both cases I have turned to Josh Knapmeyer. Josh, is an exceptional sales person who genuinely looks to assist his customer and find the best product for them. Josh even drove me to the Kentucky Wyler to look at a Lexus GX 30 on a Friday during rush hour. He is a true leader among salesman, and has a drive to ensure that the team provides the best experience for his customer. I will never go to anyone but Josh. However, my enjoyment in the experience did not stop there. Jim Ryder worked to find the best rate and worked directly with me and Josh. As a banker myself working with Jim was easy and he clearly was working for me, not the bank. Then I was presented to Mark French the closing finance manager. Mark went over every aspect of the finance plan and with his years experience it brought a complete sense of satisfaction to the process. Your team is exceptional and I can't thank you all enough for our purchase of the GMC Denali. I would appreciate you passing this information on to Mr Wyler and let him know we will always remain dedicated customers as long as your sales practices and sales style remain in place.

  • Jeff wyler chrysler dodge jeep ram eastgate

    5 out of 5 starsby jmarsh7 on 10/28/2016

First off would like to extend a Thank you to Jerry DeGarmo he was so willing to listen to what my wife wanted when it came to a vehicle and was very knowledgeable. We have purchased 3 vehicles from the wyler group and this being our first new purchase the experience was so much different then the used car side everyone is willing to help everyone and there is no "feeding frenzy" of salespersons waiting in the parking lot! We had spent close to 9 hours at the used dealer buying our last vehicle we were at the Chrysler dealer less than 4 hours and on our way home with a new vehicle! Thanks again Jerry for all your help!!!
  • They Told Me One Thing, Then Did Another

When selling a used Jeep, I went through AutoTrader.com and was contacted by Jeff Wyler Eastgate Automall. I was given a price, told to "consider it sold", and scheduled an appointment for them to verify the condition of the Jeep. The day of the appointment, approximately 10 days later, I was contacted and told that they were no longer interested in purchasing the Jeep.
  • Go see Jordan

    5 out of 5 starsby wlfinn78 on 10/12/2016

After an extensive search for a new vehicle, I purchased a vehicle from Jordan Anderson. I had been looking at several new dealerships actually wanting a new car and had actually encountered what I call the typical car salesman (pushy, etc) who tried to get me into an Impala by saying it was AWD (it wasn't, it had traction control and I told him there was a difference..he didnt believe me). Anyway, while I was getting my car serviced I wandered over to the used lot and was helped by Jordan. He was never that pushy salesperson and when I did come back to look at the car a second time, I asked for him and another salesman was great and tracked him down. The car was not on the lot, but he did take the time to track down the car. With crazy schedules it was a few weeks before I could get out to look again. Yesterday, I ended up at the used lot again. Jordan gave us several options for financing, etc and answered any questions we had. Kyle (in financing) was great as well in getting us great coverage on the vehicle as well. So if you want a great salesman who is patient, honest and does everything to make the buying experience great, please see Jordan. If you want someone who doesn't know anything about their vehicles and is looking to get a sale (and not a customer) go see the d-bag at the Chevy dealership. Thank you Jordan and Kyle!

  • Awesome sales department at Jeff Wyler

I love my '16 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I purchased from Jeff Wyler. My wife and I have bought 6 vehicles from Jeff Wyler in the last 8 years. Each purchase has been handled quickly and the Sales staff has been incredibly easy to work with. We won't even bother going anywhere else. Since the first purchase we've recommended Jeff Wyler to anyone looking to buy a new car. We are customers for life and the Service Department has always treated us great as well!
  • Car buying made fun

    5 out of 5 starsby pita1 on 09/28/2016

I bought a 2016 Mazda CX9 from Jeff Wyler Mazda and it was a great experience! My salesperson, Robbie, had several vehicles for me to choose from. Once I made my decision, Robbie helped make everything move along quickly and without issues. Buying this car was fun! Thank you Jeff Wyler and Robbie for the great experience! I will always go to Jeff Wyler when I purchase a vehicle.
  • Great deal and service

5 out of 5 starsby StonelickCabin on 09/28/2016

We have bought 2 used cars from Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall. Each experience was smooth and everyone was very friendly. Like the fact that you can get a price quote online instead of getting the run around from other dealers. Have also serviced cars here - great family atmosphere.
  • Stay Out. Run don't walk away

1 out of 5 starsby Bobbiopass on 09/22/2016

The worse car buying experience I have ever had. We dealt with them for 9 days and tried to give them a chance. First we met with a salesman on Sept. 11. We were looking for a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. He said he had nothing that matched the features we wanted on the lot so they may have to order one. One item we wanted was a tow package and we wanted to know how much the add on was. He said he would have to find out because that was done somewhere else and he would let us know. We had given him our phone number and 2 email addresses. By Thursday we still had not heard from him so the wife sent a message to Chrysler on line asking for a manager to call us. Well they didn't the salesman called and said he had been trying to send an email and it kept coming back as undeliverable. I confirmed the email address with him well it was a miracle minutes later I got the quote at both email addresses. The wife stopped in to complain and a Chris Brock talked to her said he was the manager and would take care of it and asked her to come in Friday and he had a car for her. So we packed up the grandkids and landed at 11am. We negotiated pricing and such and were ready to sign a deal by 2pm. He spent the next hour or so running around saying they were having problems locating the car. He finally comes back and I guessed it they sold a car they didn't even have. He said well that is not true they just can't find it. A while later he comes back and said they located it and one of the managers was driving it. He said it had about 1700 miles on it so we said well then it is a demo and they should take more money off. He swore this was not a demo it was brand new until I told him well that is a scam because he knows as well as I do it depreciates as soon as it hits the street. I told him well I am done with Wyler since he sold a car they didn't even have he said that was fine he didn't care if he sold us a car or not. REALLY? He finally came back and said well they could give me more off if we bought the car so we agreed. By this time it was 4:30 we had no lunch or anything for the day. We told him we were leaving and would be there Saturday morning to look at the car between 10-11. We pull in Saturday no new car sitting there. We went in and he said they were cleaning it up and would be there in a few minutes well that turned into closer to two more hours of sitting. Finally a car pulls up and he said well there it is take a look and make sure it has all the features on it that we wanted. We started looking at it and immediately realized this van had none of the features we wanted. He finally said well take this car to drive we will keep yours on the lot since they made a deal based on the current millage. Before we left the wife wrote down all the features and two top colors and must have told them 15 times no black or white. Chris said we may just have to build one but obviously it was never their intent. Chris called Monday night said he had a black one on a truck and if she wanted she could come in and look at it. I told him black wasn't an option but I would tell her. When she got home she called him and asked what he didn't understand about no black no white and why didn't he bring the red car in from Ft. Thomas that showed on their inventory. Tuesday I found Sweeny Chrysler had a couple that had our features so we went out there and talked with them. While there Chris called and said he had the red car there. We told the sales people at Sweeny where we were with Wyler and they said they would beat their offer but understood if we bought from Wyler since it was so much closer to us but he wrote down on a business card what he would beat the offer by to show Wyler's. We went back saw Chris and looked at the new car he had and sat down and I told him we had already spent enough time here just give us your best offer and told him we had talked to Sweeny. Chris got mad and said oh so you have been shopping around for cars behind my back. I told him it was our right he sold a car he didn't have couldn't tell us when he was getting a car and had lied about the car that he claimed was the car as it was actually a 2016 not a 2017 as he passed it off as. He claimed he did no such thing. I also told him that we had to do his job because he claimed he looked 2,000 miles out and could not find one with the features we wanted and my wife had told him about the red car at Wyler in Kentucky. He said no I told her, I told him that was it we were done trying to deal with [non-permissible content removed] because I had heard the entire phone conversation and she told him about the car because we looked at other dealer's inventory on line. Him and I were yelling because I have never had a salesman lie to me that much and then denied it all and call me a liar nor raise his voice back at me. I told him we were done he said they didn't want our business

I've always bought my automobiles from JW Eastgate and never had a problem until I got a salesman named Jason. I found my dream car online, Jeep Cherokee so I made the 4 hour drive to buy this car because I no longer live in the area. I talked to Jason many times on the phone and told him exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay and to please not waste my time or his if he wasn't able to meet my needs. He assured me he could so we did the financing part by phone- great, no problems, come and get your car, he said. I walk into the dealership on time after my 4 hour drive. He pulls the old switcharoo trick and tries to give me a 4 cylinder jeep minus the sunroof. He promises me a nice trade in deal, I was happy, after all my trade only had 30000 miles. After 4 1/2 hrs, I finally sat down to sign paperwork just to notice I wasn't getting what he said. I asked Jason on several occasions about blue tooth, unconnect( required for my job)and he said " it's awesome, top of the line you won't be disappointed" blue tooth worked fine the first day. I called assist from the Jeep several times and received several different answers but was told that not all phones are compatible with Jeeps Uconnect. I called Jason and as you can imagine he was absolutely shocked this was the case, he had never heard this before. He gave me the main # to Chrysler. 20 calls, 20 different answers, still no working blue tooth. I called Jason and he was very sorry that I was going through this and offered an oil package that consists of 4 free oil changes. He promised he would call me the next day at 10am to help solve this issue. Jason never called, I didn't receive my oil package and I still don't have a working blue tooth. I've had 3 different phones in the 4 months since I bought the Jeep. None of them have worked. Jason talked to me as if I had no basic knowledge of cars, phones or radios. I'll be taking this to the FCA customer service.
