Dont waste your time
by Lisa on 04/14/2019We drove 3 hrs from Ky to purchase a 2015 Cadillac CTS (April 2019). Our salesman (Thomas) was busy or tied up upon our arrival. Jim (sales manager?) took over and helped get things started with paper work, trade in value, etc. Once we were… ready for financing paperwork to be signed, Thomas comes and gets us and tells us that we have to go over to the "Chevrolet Building" to finish the purchase. At this time, it is absolutely pouring down rain!! There were umbrellas and golf carts there, but we were not offered anything. Instead, we walked a pretty good distance to get to this other building and by that time we were soaked!!!.. Then, a "Finance Manager" named Heather Romine took us to her office to sign papers. She proceeded to tell us that we needed to purchase one of 3 Wyler Care packages that they had to offer for additional $$. We told her REPEATEDLY that we did not want any! She kept insisting to the point that my boyfriend was getting pissed off at her! She finally gave up on that notion, but he then noticed that one of the papers we were signing had a $129 Wyler Care charge for "free oil changes". When did free become $129? When he questioned her about that, she kept stating "oh, I adjusted your interest, so It wont be any extra charge, it'll be a "WASH"'.... The only thing that she didn't make sure to do is her calculations correctly, which we proved to her and we had to make her redo the paperwork to remove the $129!! She had our payments being higher than we were quoted originally!!. It is UNETHICAL to make changes to a purchase contract and not inform the buyer of such!!!. She also lied in the fact that she made mention 2 times that she checked and there were "NO RECALLS" active, when in fact there is a current one out on the Power Steering that has been active since 11/2018!!! My remote key fob has a low battery that keeps showing up on the dash! We weren't even offered a tank of gas for the car we purchased which was almost on empty, knowing we had a 3hr drive home! I've always been given a tank of gas when I have purchased a car before!! Our so called salesman, Thomas, never once said "thank you" for purchasing the vehicle (even though he did NOTHING. Jim did all the work). The only thing Thomas did was get us soaked and chilled to the bone! Thomas did, however, send me a "courtesy text" asking how my purchase was and if I liked the car and if he could do anything to "just let him know"... I informed him that I would like to speak to the main manager. This of course surprised him and he told me that he would definitely have them call me.. TO NO SURPRISE, I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A CALL YET, I EVEN CALLED AND LEFT A MSG FOR "JENNIFER" WHO IS SUPPOSEDLY THE MANAGER... STILL NO RETURN CALL!!! We will NOT purchase another vehicle from a Jeff Wyler dealership again! Definitely did not have a good experience, especially since we drove so far to do so! Thanks, but no thanks,Hi Lisa, we are very sorry to hear about this as this is not the type of service we strive for. They don't fulfill their end of a contract
by Cristen on 04/13/2019If I could leave no stars I would. Jeff Wyler paid the balance of my old vehicle and rolled the balance to my new car. It should have been taken care of before the loan was funded and it was and then taken back for some reason. I have been… given the run a round with no answers or updates. I have already paid my first car payment on the new car which has the balance they were to pay off rolled in it. I look two months behind on the old car loan even though it should be a closed account with no balance. I have been trying to get an answer and this taken care of for several weeks with no update or calls besides an email here and there mentioning corporate or GSM but nothing happens and I get no information!Hi Cristen, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at (614) 837-3421 to discuss this further so we can come to a resolution together. Very pleasant experience
by J122 on 04/14/2019I came in for service and a key , originally the key had an issue and s new one was ordered , the initial clerk never followed up I had a lady named Lisa call and set up the follow up , upon arrival found the key wasn’t correct , Lisa did… everything to fix the issue and made it right in the end. Very professional and she took that extra step to ensure I was satisfied.We're glad we could help you out!!
Ok service

I got an oil change and was suppose to have a car wash and a car wash wasnât performed; had to wait over ten minutes to get my paperwork to cash out!Thanks for your feedback. However after the death of Mr. Laymen, that dealership is NO longer Bobby Laymen Chevy. It is now Mark Wahlberg Chevy and all new… people. But not for the better. We went to Mark Wahlberg's and did NOT like the change or the service at all. So we set out to find a new Chevy dealership that makes us feel comfortable and get good service. Although the first salesperson I worked with was not being responsive, Bill in the preowned department picked it up, gave me the correct information I… needed, and then made a fair deal on the car I wanted, and kept his word on some work needed after the sale. Although there were some glitches he and Ryan in parts/service spent time on their time off to make it right. Can't ask for much more than that, and a lot of dealers wouldn't have done all that.Thank you for your feedback, Tom! We appreciate your positive comments!
