  • Sticking with the Tahoe

    I recently purchased a 2017 Tahoe LS. I cannot express enough the tremendous experience this was for me. From a simple internet search, to purchasing the vehicle. Simple emails about the Tahoe, with video, were forwarded to me without a sense of pressure or obligation to respond. I called Greg Scott to schedule a test drive at my convenience, and met up with him. Greg was very informed about the Tahoe. The history of the vehicle and the various systems installed were presented in a storybook fashion. After driving this comfortable behemoth, the process of purchasing was easier than just being handed the keys. Once again, I cannot express how at ease I was made during this process. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy, to check out this dealership first.

    I returned to Jeff Wyler Chevrolet because I appreciated the way that I had been treated on previous visits, including while searching for used vehicles for my children. Although I had planned to get my trade-in appraised while checking the selection, then do the same thing at another dealership that is a few miles away, I decided to stay and make my new-car purchase from Jeff Wyler Chevrolet. While this was based partly on the price (the Internet makes price comparisons simple), the salesperson was the deciding factor. I was not pleased by the attitude of the sales force that I had spoken to at the alternate dealership, whereas my contacts at Wyler were positive in every way. Your associate was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He suggested add-ons where appropriate, but never made me feel pressured or "pushed" toward buying something that I did not want. Great job!

  • Perfect service!

    Brought my Ford Ranger in to get worked on after the ignition coil went out and some various other issues. They gave me a great rental truck in the meantime (2017 Silverado) and upon receiving my own truck after the service, it ran great! They refilled any gas they had used, performed all of their maintenance perfectly, and even put my seat back in the original position I had it in when I dropped it off. I was in and out of there pretty quick and overall I would say I had a great experience!

    When I arrived at the dealership Greg Scott greeted me with a big smile and firm handshake, things only got better as he showed me around he made me feel like I was in control and listened to what needs were in a car. The service was fantastic! Greg was such a great help. My husband and I are very pleased with the service and our new car!

    Salesman John Allred was very knowledgeable about the truck I wanted to purchase. I got the deal I wanted with the terms which best suited my budget. John went out of his way to make me comfortable during the process!

    Jeff Wyler Chevrolet of Columbus was my first and last stop on my search for a new car! Dwayne Carter was my sales associate, he listened to exactly what I wanted in a new car and made an excellent recommendation. I purchased a '12 Sonic that met all my price, mileage, safety, and comfort concerns and I'm in love with it! If you're looking for a knowledgeable and dependable salesperson, Dwayne Carter really delivered!

    Average service department. Took my 99 Cadillac Devile in at 100,000 miles for spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel filter, aim one headlight, and drivers side window did not work. Service was fine although expensive. The service person said my drivers side window did not work because the window regulator needed to be replaced but, they could not get the part and it wasn't made anymore. He recommended I go to a junk yard to get one. I got home and removed door panel, water shield and window regulator motor. I put the regulator motor back on and the window works fine now. You could tell the watershield had never been removed, I don't think they even looked at the window motor or regulator. I cannot comment on sales department but, I would not recommend Bob McDorman's service department when your car needs service

    i visited this dealership back in april of 2012 to purchase a traverse , upon my first impression i would have said great dealership , same for my buying experience , upon signing my paperwork i found a suprise 2100 dollar warranty added without my permission and told " oh this is no biggie this can be fixed" so i proceeded as ive never once had a bad car experience then i took the car home , this is where the problems started. i bought a 2009 traverse with 40 k miles on it . i was told there would be new tires put on this ( as the ones on it were shot and they didnt have a huge selection when i went ) this never happened , shocker right ? so right off the bat i had to replace these , and this isnt from my own opinion i had 2 different ntb locations look at these tires along with a few trusted friends and these tires were not safe to drive on ! on to the next disaster , the motor in the saeat went out before i even got the car registered in my name in the dmv( usually takes under 30 days ) back to the dealership i went to have this fixed . (no deductable per my suprise added warranty)recently found out i do have a 200 dollar bill as someone in the mechanics office put a wrong last name for me when they billed this to the warranty and now its my responcibility to ammend this issue WHAT A JOKE OF A BUSINESS!! recently had something go wrong with the fuel injectors as well as something with the front right tire , so off to the dealership i went again ( take into consideration ive had this car 9 months )i was greeted by someone handling multiple customers and on the phone who shuffled around spiratically handing me papers to sign. i signed them and went on my way , looking at these papers it appeared that i had to pay 100 dollars , remembering that last time my bill reflected this and i was told there was no balance i wasnt too worried , i went on my way . i called 3 days later as i hadnt heard anything to be told oh yeah we called you ( no call was recieved nor a message ) i asked if i could pick up the truck they said yes but it will be 144 for the fix , imagine my suprise as the suprise warranty of 2100 dollars i was paying for should have covered fixes right ???? NOPE haha why would it . i told him i would have it done myself as his prices were inflated and at this point was fed up with jeff wyler dealership. went to pick up the truck and was told " your total is 104.00" imagine my suprise as they did NOTHING to my car , then i was told there was a deductable for the service per my warranty , yet there had never been before and speaking with a man named ed in previous months was told there wasnt . honestly im not suprised so i head in to speak with ed and told him i was concerned as there had never been any charges nor was i told , so he calls the mechanic and this man states he did tell me and explained in detail to me what these charges were , when i told him i was greated by a man who was on the phgone and never given an explination of any charges he told me he wasnt going to argue with the mechanic but " ill take 45 from you and write off the rest " at this point this just seems shady to me so i declined , upon declining he was still on the phone with the mechanic and said and i quote " ok just put this on her credit " i waled out of the dealership right then and there . needless to say not only do i regret the purchase i made with jeff wyler , but ill be paying big time for the piece o crap they sold me , and i will be spreading the word . i hope that no one else has to go through this and i plan on going to bbb as well as chevy and jeff wyler corporate . kaitlyn
