Great Sale

Best car buying experience

I was greeted by the very good looking Máté Tamas. I explained what I was there for. I… thought I was literally going in to switch over some paper work. Luckily for me, Máté & Jeremy did their jobs and crunched the paperwork and it turned out I was able to walk out that day with a BRAND NEW lease. Máté was really easy to talk to and able to answer all of my questions. He was a real gem. He is not a pushy salesperson and made my buying experience with Spitzer a pleasurable one. Quickest Service Appt Ever

I recall him complaining that his most recent service appt took over 2 hours and all that was completed that day was an oil change. He had to leave and come back another… day for the remainder of the service call. I was greeted immediately by Chris and the appointment was completed within 45 minutes. new forte gt line
by kevin on 08/21/2023i went in to spitzer kia to look at fortes. i was greeted first by salesmen chris. chris took the time to help me and answer all my questions and was very patient with me through whole process. we had some issue with our current situation… but chris, finance manager michael and sales manager mel made sure to figure out our deal, they where very considerate and helpful, on 8/21/23 we came to make the purchase unfortunately chris was not in. i was instead helped by mary she was very nice and helped finish the deal. i 100% recommend spitzer kia Cleveland on brookpark road. chris, michael, mel, mary, thank you for the great service.Kevin, Thank you so much for your excellent review and recommendation!
