    I purchased a 2023 Audi A4 from Columbiana Ford in April 2025. I was unable to travel there so needed to conduct the transition over the phone until delivery of the vehicle. As is similar to an above complaint, I asked the sales rep and his manager if the car had any accidents and was told very clearly that it had not. Upon delivery of the car it was clear that the info they provided was false and the sales rep, Josh Wilt, informed me that their dealership had, in fact, body work done to the car but did not paint the work because it would have cost them too much. The finance person, Jason, did everything possible to obfuscate the actual interest rate and bank fees, which was not clearly shown until delivery of the car. His explanation of the rate difference, when questioned, was suspect at best, which is likely generous. Lastly, the car was delivered with only one key, which was never mentioned prior to delivery. The sales rep texted me during the delivery that he would provide me with a second key. After two weeks and only when pressed, he said “we just don’t have the power to expense something like that unfortunately.” Extremely poor experience dealing with Columbiana Ford. The only suggestion I can provide to other consumers considering Columbiana Ford is BUYER BEWARE

    The whole Columbiana Ford team went over and above to place me in a new vehicle. I was treated like a VIP and would recommend this dealership to everyone. This was my first purchase from them but I guarantee you, it will not be the last!

    I was deceived by service rep as to the true cost of the work I had performed. First I was told a fuel system flush was a little less than 170 dollars when reality that's only the labor fee and the kit to actually do the work is am additional 50 bucks, making it 220 dollars. Second I called to question the additional charge the service dept rep who answered told me he would see what could be done and call me back. It's been 3 days--- no call!!!
  • Terrible Service and Poor Management

    I took my car here to be serviced since it was under warranty. I waited over 4.5 hours. A mechanic did not look at my car until after his 1 hour lunch. Then, after he looked at it for less than 10 minutes, he waited another hour to tell me to bring the car back so it could be broken down to find the cause of the issue. He said he would have to break it down for about a week. No compensation for a rental was offered since that was my only vehicle. It's like he expected me to have another vehicle as back up. The service manager was rude, arrogant, ignorant and spoke to me with his back turned awhile sitting down. It was a terrible experience. He even said that loaner cars are not given out anymore. However, the client that came in after us received a loaner car and was bragging about it. The service representative's response was 'she was a special client.". He blatantly was caught in his own lie. Do not go here unless your friends work here to get any descent service or treatment for that matter. Also, when customers are making their appointments, the service reps need to tell the customers where to park their car for service. The dealership was under reconstruction and the parking lot was closed. Clients should be notified prior where to park their cars for service and to go in a trailer on the other side to check in. These people that work there could not give [non-permissible content removed] about customers.

    So excited with the purchase of my new F 150. I want to thank the sales staff, financial officer and general manager at Columbiana Ford for their help in making this a great experience. Very impressed with the professional yet welcoming attitude of the of all of the good folks at Columbiana Ford. Thank you.

    I negotiated what I thought was a good deal & when it came time to sign loan papers I seen payments were a few dollars more then I had figured, blaming it on my math, I told the finance manager to give me a copy of all the paper work so I could see where I screwed up when I got home with my new truck, they ended up with the excuse the sales consultant & myself were negotiating a price on one truck & the sales manger had me sign loan papers on a more expense truck, for the sum of 2,500 dollars , they would not make it right even thou I had the hand written paper work from my sales consultant, this is the 1st time I ever had a dealer do something like this to me, I’ll never forget it. I know it’s my fault for not being as quick as these professionals.
