I have referred others to purchase their new vehicle from Stan the Man, and as I continue in the future of buying vehicles, Stan will be the first Ssleperson I choose, total so far I purchased ks 3 vehicles no to mention I reside in Dallas Texas and drive to Dayton Ohio just for Stan the Man to sell me my next new vehicle.I love my car

I have known many people who have been employed by White Allen over the years. I bought a new GLI from them in December of 2013, a 2014… model. I have had nothing but problems from this car from literally the 2nd week of having the car. This would be the 4th car I have purchased from White Allen alone. Over the years I have seen some degradation in quality of service, but now it seems much more prevalent. I literally would not recommend this dealer to anyone. My car is not even a year and half old, and they are now refusing to touch my car. I was told to take my car elsewhere. I still have people I know who work within this organization who have revealed to me some of the outright absurd things that have recently been happening at this dealership. I have attempted to sort through things, keeping my cool. Though I have to say, that I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of service ...Fair Trade Value...please be careful!
by martelli03 on 10/08/2007We were at White Allen Volkewagen today looking at a Passat Wagon. After deciding to pursue purchaing that vehicle, we asked them to give us their BEST offer for our trade-in, a 2004 Volkswagen Touareg. The salesperson commented on how… clean, and what low miles for the year. After a brief wait, the sales manger and sales person met, discussed the trade in value and came back to us with their offer. We were told that the manger was giving us Kelly Blue Book value which we were told he does not always do. He then told us that they would give us aprox. $17,000 for our Touareg. The range of prices provided for trade in value on our vehicle correctly equipped, from this site and others was from $22,000 to $25,000 depending on condition (clean or better). Obviously there is a large discrepency, more than 30% actually. Our experience serves as a reminder to do your research before purchasing or trading in a vehicle. We were able to walk away without remorse.
