by Riham on 03/19/2020I just want to talk and rate my recent experience at the Toyota dealer in Delaware Ohio. As you can see I gave it 5 stars 🌟 this was a very smooth process from beginning to end , more specifically I would like to give high praise to my… salesman JOE SPEARS. Not only he was a Truly genuine and a gentleman to boot but also a true professional. I had a recall call to go check my sienna air bag and seat belt. While waiting in the lobby I had to go check this amazing beautiful car in every way while he was waiting on his desk and offer his help. Wasn’t ready to buy car but he got me hooked to all the new features especially safety ( exactly what mother of 4 children needs ) the more time I spent talking to him the more inclined I became. His Knowledge and experience and approachIs quiet relaxed and there was no pressure at all from him. After my husband showed up we got more convinced he found a way to make it work in our favor and we couldn’t have asked for much more then that. We choose the exterior and interior color we loved with all the great features added. Within a month the car was here couldn’t wish for more it was incredibly amazing and beautiful and when I sat with Joe to teach me all about it I left this place crying as having the best gift ever from my husband and Joe. Thank you so much Joe you were incredibly helpful And you did everything you could to get me into the vehicle I’ve always wanted you did a wonderful job and will will definitely recommend you to all my friends and relatives that they have to come to this place before visiting any other dealers.Excellent Sales and Follow up

He listened to our wants and concerns. He talked to us to determine… just what we wanted and what we expected out of our new purchase. We settled on a 2018 Camry. We have previously owned a Camry and this 2018 didn't disappoint. Our review is not on the car but on the outstanding experience we received from Byers Toyota Used Cars. The sales procedure was kept open and no hidden fees or services were sneaked in along the way. Sean did a fantastic job of explaining everything. He was supported and helped by his management and finance team. As you can imaging any used car requires a little adjustment to satisfy both the buyer and the dealership. Byers Toyota wanted to make a new customer and it showed in the whole process. We would recommend Sean and Byers Toyota to be given a chance on your next used car purchase. He explained everything in detail and was honest about the offer on my trade in, (a heavily used 2007 Camry). I would… recommend Byers to my friends and family with no hesitation. My step daughter is looking to purchase a newer vehicle due to a recent accident where her vehicle was unfortunately totaled and I will be bringing her into Byers.Great customer service!

Even though I didn’t decide on a car at this time I highly recommend using… Carson for the car buying process. by MichaelG on 08/30/2018I purchased a 2017 Ford F-250 from Byers Toyota on RT23 in Delaware Ohio. Truck was a great price and in great shape with the mileage and options I was looking for. The purchase of the vehicle went great and the folks involved in the sale… were very helpful during the purchase and I am happy with the purchase. Now here is the reason I am only rating 2 stars...Upon completion of the paper work I was only provided 1 key to a $51,000 and the Ford Link tie downs that come with the truck are also keyed and no keys were provided for those either. Multiple calls to the dealership were placed asking for some assistance in getting a second key so that I could program the door keypad entry (Only on Ford but requires 2 keys for setup) unless the factory door code is provided which it was not provided to me either. It is the touch of customer service on the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased that would have moved this review from a 2 star to a 5 star. It has been 3 weeks since the purchase and still no resolution on the keys. I will have to purchase on my own...just doesn't seem right.Great experience at Byers Toyota!

I immediately got a response from Jeff Mull and we got the ball rolling on a 2018 Sienna. Living over 2 hours away, we weren’t sure what to expect;… however, we were pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was. Jeff was great to work with and the communication was perfect. When he said he was going to do something, he literally did within the timeline he stated. We set up a time for us to drive up and purchase the van and we walked out less than 2 hours later with the keys to our new van. It was literally the easiest vehicle purchase to date. Thank you Jeff and Byers Toyota!!Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

The used vehicle was very clean and in excellent condition. I felt a little pressure to make a deal that night, but it… worked out well. Finance associate explained well what the outcome of me putting a large down payment at a later date would do for me saving a lot down the road on interest. I have to admit I was a little apprehensive after hearing that since this would be my first Toyota purchase. But darn it, I really wanted the new Highlander so I was… willing to grit my teeth and get through it if I had to. I was very pleasantly surprised with my entire experience with Byers and Tim Hoey, our sales rep. I submitted my request on Edmund's, Tim called first to verify the options I was looking for (I was very picky and very specific). He located the perfect one for me (A black AWD Highlander Sport with grey leather) and added the few extras I needed (wheel locks, mudguards, trailer hitch) and quoted me a price that dusted the Edmund's TMV (I even looked for hidden line items and found none). We handled everything over the phone, and online so by the time my wife and I made the trek out to the dealer (they are about 10-15 minutes north of Columbus) we spent almost no time there at all. The finance guy was fine, he only pushed the $1000 warranty a little. Apparently it was on sale this month from $1600, (eyeroll). Anyway, the car looked fantastic, everything was exactly as we had discussed, no surprises, no add-ons, no changes to the payment or price, VERY clean and FULL of gas! by 0725ise on 01/14/2008I have had many vehicles, half of which were purchased from dealerships, dealing with Byers Delaware was the worst experience I've ever had, especially if you have less than perfect credit. I went looked at a car before work one day, filled… out a credit app and my dealer (Mike Ohler) was to call me when it went through to let me know what kind of a payment I was looking at. I received my call 30 minutes later stating that I was approved for a payment within my price range. Came back the following day to pick up my car, sat for nearly Three hours and was then told my payment was going to be another hundred dollars per month, that's a big difference. I needed a car so I looked at something else that they could get within my payment range, and found a Gorgeous tinted laser red 2003 Ford Explorer, it wasn't the 3.2 TL Type S but it was a nice truck, drove liked it, then spent another 2 hours waiting to get the loan approval changed to the new vehicle. Worked with the "Director of Operations" (can't remember his name) the only helpful person in the whole dealership it seemed who did all of my F&I paperwork and I was out the door in my new SUV. To my dismay I came outside to see that unlike my previous experiences at other dealerships that my vehicle was not washed or filled with Gasoline, days of waiting, I thought they at least owed me that. I will never buy from that dealership again.
