    A lot of fluff. Ownership constantly trying to put you in an overstocked new vehicle they canโ€™t sell. Then offering around $2-3,000 below the average KBB trade-in value. Such a typical dealership scam.

    Good experience. The car was priced right, the process went well. Very happy customer! Joe did a good job handling the sales transaction. Go see him for a new Chevy.

    First sales associate used bait and switch technique. I had to call over ten times to follow up on dealership incentives that were promised to me after purchasing the vehicle. I've had three oil changes done because they are free with theโ€ฆ dealership...even when you have an appointment, I've never been out under an hour and a half.

    This place is not only a dealership, but is also your car family. I only buy my vehicles from them especially from Tom. Free oil changes and tire rotation for free is a great deal. While you wait I love the popcorn and drinks. Currentlyโ€ฆ drove out with my new Chevrolet Cruze LT 2016. My previous vehicles are 2015 Chevy Cruze and 2009 Chevy Aveo. Love Chesrown and they always treat me with the best customer service and they know my name.

    I have purchased many cars, but I've never actually enjoyed doing so before my recent GMC Acadia purchase at Chesrown.     Beware Delaware, Oh!!! Chesrown will not honor their quotes that they provide you for Service work. For a company that has been in business for over 50+ years they are still trying to figure out how to run their quoting system. Sounds likeโ€ฆ Chesrown needs to do some internal training so their employee's understand how to run quotes for their Customers who rely on this information to make a decision about what service should be performed on their automobile. When the Service Manager was confronted with this issue, he and Chesrown chose the bottom line over Customer loyalty. This act has cost Chesrown a Customer...No future oil changes, tire rotations or standard maintenance service work. If your in the Customer Service business, make sure you understand the word "Customer", it could cost you more that you think. Beware of the quotes that Chesrown is handing out when you have service done at this Dealership.

    I purchased my 2013 Cruze from this dealership. If I've ever had a problem with the car or even stopping in to get my oil changed, I typically deal with Rich Daubney. He is very professional and caring! A part had broke on my car and when Iโ€ฆ went in to purchase the part Rich was with another customer. I purchased my part and was told when it would be in. As I was leaving Rich stopped me to ask how everything was going. In conversation I told him about my car. He pulled up my account and found that the part was still under my warranty! I towed my car to the shop and they had it fixed the next day. He is the only one I want to deal with when I go in. He's the face of customer service!

    After visiting 2 other dealerships in the Columbus are where I had very poor experiences while actively seeking to make my next car purchase, I decided to visit Chesrown. I have nothing but great things to say about each one of myโ€ฆ interactions from the sale associate, to finance, and to the individual that handled my paperwork. I appreciate how flexible, accommodating and friendly each one of them were. I would absolutely recommend the dealership to anyone I know!

    I could not be happier with the way our family is treated at Chesrown . We have purchased 10-12 autos from Chesrown (what's that tell you about Chesrown ). I convinced a friend who is employed at a different chevy dealership to purchaseโ€ฆ his new truck from CHESROWN and he's very happy he did.

    Appt was for 10am. Came in a 9:45am. Took 90 min for what was to be a short recall work. Seemed a bit long and was given a $1400 estimate for work that was suggested.

    The young man whom you first meet when you pull into the garage needs to be more courteous and friendly. He is very short and not Chesrown friendly !

    I enjoy every visit at chesrown! Everyone there is always amazing!! I had time restraints due do my work schedule and the chesrown team made sure I was in and out super fast with my oil change!!

    Timely service, great customer service all around, I have referred people to Chesrown.....my only complaint is that you keep running out of popcorn.

    it was a experience to buy at your dealership. Fair trade in and a good price on my new truck and it wasn't a hassle to make the deal happen. Your people are great.

    Recommended by a friend who's relative bought from Chesrown and because of the lifetime oil changes we couldn't have been happier. Salesperson demonstrated that he was committed to finding us exactly what we needed and without pressure.โ€ฆ Beginning to end the process was wonderful.

    Everyone was very helpful so my granddaughter could weigh her options for choosing the right purchase plan and to get the vehicle that she could be proud of. I appreciated as her grandmother to help her with the purchase. This is the wayโ€ฆ buying a car should be. Thank you
