He always is very engaging when I call to schedule the… service and always follows up during the day of the service to make sure that I am aware of any issues with my car! It's either pushy/pressured, condescending or dismissive behaviors that I've received from sales associates and/or their managers. That was NOT the case here. Rachel VanMeter… along with any of the other employees that I was in contact with at Crown were amazing. Not pushy, really friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, really going above & beyond. She thoroughly explained all the features during my test drive, stayed late after the dealership closed to help me program my settings & gave me a tutorial before leaving. I highly recommend visiting Crown regardless of whether you are buying new or used (I purchased used). Thank you so much Rachel for making this a great experience!Top Notch facility
