Not due to anything other than a stone hitting my windshield, cracking it and then again when we had a wind storm and a trash can rolled out… in front of me and the last time with something in the road, scratching my car! Justin has taken such good care of me. I will never go anywhere else but Crown Mercedes and deal with Justin!!!!We appreciate you taking the time to write this great review. Love my new Mercedes C300

Being a single mom with teenaged boys learning to drive wreaked havoc on my old… Mercedes and it was time for something new. I really took my time making a decision and Stephen R. was very patient through the whole process. I really appreciate his professionalism.Get a detail done :-)

Justin D. is the service manager I deal with, and he consistently arranges to have a suitable loaner ready for my appointment. No pressure, fair price, great staff
by bill419 on 04/30/2013updated 04/25/2025I did an internet inquiry on a C300 that Crown had listed. CJ S. responded and gave me the details of the car. We then set up an appointment for a test drive. On my way to the test drive, CJ called me to let me know he had a prior… comittment and he was given short notice. He asked me to look up Andrew R. when I got to the Dealership. Andrew was very informative regarding the car and it's features. He even took the time to review the exterior with me during a steady rain. Andrew and I sat down to discuss price. It did not take long to agree on a fair price that satified everyone. I never once felt pressured. It was a pleasant negotiation process. My wife and I finally met CJ when we arrived at the dealership to take delivery of the car. He picked right up where Andrew left off and went into more of the fine details of the car. He was very informed on every aspect and gave us the time to ask questions. He made sure we understood everything about the vehicle for a safe ride home and then some. When it was time for the paperwork, CJ introduced us to Dustin H. Dustin reviewed all of the accessories and services available. He simply informed us of our options and never tried to pressure us into buying anything. When it was discovered the sale price on his work sheet was higher than the agreed upon price, he corrected the error with no questions asked! I do need to mention that I bought my previous vehicle at Crown with Michael G. as the sales associate. The reason I dealt with CJ this time is because he responded to my internet request. I did not mean to slight Michael in any way. I mentioned this to CJ and Andrew at the time of delivery. They said they had talked to Michael and he was fine with it. Hats off to Michael for graciously understanding the scenerio. I have to say this was probably the best sales experience that I have had. If you want knowledgeable sales associates, no pressure sales and a great car at a fair price, then I would recommend Crown Eurocars.ldy666

Great price and deal

I live in Westerville and although there is a dealer closer to me I picked Crown first because the car was the lowest in the… area but secondly because upon my arrival the car looked to be the cleanest in the area too. I have to admit that the car was somewhat of an impulse buy (after the third visit) but Andrew did make me feel comfortable with the purchase of my first luxury car. After a month of driving the car is still in great and no surprises have come up. I even took the car on a long road trip. I plan on recommending Crown to everyone I know!review of dealership and of Steven R.

I am particularly pleased with the attention he gave me explaining the various systems after the car… arrived. Restored my faith in car dealerships!

So against my better judgment, I recently visited my local Mercedes dealership in West Chester, OH to trade in my C300 for… a CPO E350. I had purchased my C300 from there and mistakenly assumed that I would be able to trade it in for a fair price and get an E350. To say I was disappointed in their trade-in offer would be an understatement. Dejected, I left and went home. On a whim, I decided to call Crown Mercedes in Dublin even though they were a couple hours away. Well, am I glad I did! I was put in touch with Melisa G... And I must say that she has single handedly restored my faith in the car buying process. I introduced myself and explained the previous scenario at my local MB dealer. From there, Melisa just took over! She walked me through the available E350's and then discussed my trade. Literally, within minutes, we agreed on a fair trade-in price, as well as a price on the E350. It was that simple! No stress, no haggling back and forth for hours. She simply respected me as an interested customer and didn't play the games that I was so used to dealing with. And I really cannot say enough good things about Melisa. Her passion and energy is infectious...even over the phone. But more importantly, she is up front and honest, which is what mattered the most to me. I asked her opinion about the various E350's that were available, and she didn't hesitate to tell me which ones she liked and didn't like based on my needs. And her communication skills are second to none! We setup a day/time for me to make the trip to Dublin, but I had to cancel because of work. So over the next few days we talked via phone, email and text trying to reschedule through my work availability and snow storms. Morning or night, she answered my various questions that I would have. If I didn't know better, I would have thought that I was her only customer! So a few days later I made the trip to Crown... And everything went just as she said it would. It was the easiest purchase I've made in a long time. I'm now the proud owner of an E350, but most importantly, a Crown Mercedes customer for life! Thank you Melisa!! And I have to give kudos to Dan H. as well. I had some service and parts questions and he has been equally helpful and responsive. Crown has two great employees in Melisa and Dan!Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Brought ML for lease end… return and new one pick up all process took about an hour, with all finence papers to sing, Nice and easy, no change in price no troubles, they did set my phone did shoe fetchers and... I am on a road back to business. I leave in New Albany OH,they are in Dublin OH, Germain Mercedes way closer to me but I would never recommend any body waist there time there. by benz500se on 03/16/2012updated 04/25/2025My wife and I were in Crown Mercedes a few weeks ago inquiring on a 2005 and 2007 C230 Mercedes. When we came in Stephen Revard immediately took care of us. At the time, the 2 cars were in the shop, the '05 for engine maintenance and the… '07 for detailing and stated they would be available for test drives later in the week. He then took me back to the shop to look at the cars and gave me a chance to speak with the mechanic working on the '05. The mechanic explained all the work that was being done for the car in order for it to be ready for re-sale. After the meeting, I was more comfortable in returning for a test drive later in the week. We then arrived that following Saturday and drove both cars. We both agreed in the '05 C230 and purchased that day. Stephen was truly professional and attended to all of our questions and needs and had all the paper work done in a timely manner. He then went on to show us all the new gadgets on the car so that we were comfortable in driving it. I would highly recommend Stephen Revard and his team at Crown for my family and friends. Buyer Beware
by coolfx on 09/17/2011updated 04/25/2025My experience with Crown Mercedes Benz of Dublin, Oh. was a complete waste of time. The advertised vehicle was noted to be "certified" and in great condition with low miles. After driving 2 and a half hours to the dealership, I was… immediately dissappointed. The associate indicated the vehicle would be detailed prior to my arrival and this was not done. I immediately noticed the buffing striation in the hood with dulling to the front bumper. Upon driving the car, there was a very strong odor of mildew thoughout and could be smelled at the seams of the body panels. The oddest thing was the odor was strongest with the top and wasn't from an external environmental source. The car also needed an alignment. The associate "did not" ride me. When I returned, I expressed my dissappointment in the fact that the car "smelled like it's been sitting in the Mississippi River". He said, "oh, I don't need to go out and smell it, if you said it smells, I believe you". He proceeded to tell me what "they" could do to correct the issues with the car. I stated to him, "I'm very upset that any issues were not taken care of prior to my arrival, you had 6 days. I have no intentions of purchasing something that's broken, nor am I driving back once I leave". I said, "if this is a "Ceritified" vehicle, then I question the whole process. This is not something easily missed during the inspection process. As a consumer, it tells me this Ceritified Process is not credible, that you've taken mental notes on your visual inspection and have not fixed anything." It's all profit. The associate attempted to get the sales manager, but he was unavailable in his office. That's not how you treat out of towners. Also, emails were not answered nor did I get an apology for them wasting my time and fuel getting there. I would never recommend anyone conduct business with a dealership that had so little regard for their potential customers. Because of them, I do not trust any "Certified" claims. If I find something wrong with a vehicle walking off the street, why hasn't the "certified technicians" noticed the same issues? All buyers should beware of purchasing any vehicles from them, used or new. The service you expect just isn't there.Service for my ML350
