Crown Dublin service for my GLC300

by MJB on 07/22/2019After having my car in storage I needed assistance to get it started. Mercedes-Benz, Jesse, was at my home within 30 minutes. I have been told by AAA I needed a new battery. Jesse tested it and told me it just needed to charge saving me… 100+ dollars. He even had the battery with him to of made a quick sale but chose to do the best thing for me.Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are pleased to know that our service team has taken such great care of you. Our aim is to give every guest the highest level of customer service and quality.

by Dan on 06/13/2019We were towed in with a travel trailer on a Friday afternoon, service squeezed us in, unfortunately the engine was shot. The service department assisted us with providing power for our trailer ( Thank you Ron!) and helped to find a truck… rental to tow our trailer. Ultimately we decided to purchase another vehicle as we would have when we got home. We were able to find a GLE400 that would meet our needs for towing and was nicely optioned, so we purchased it. Everyone from service to sales especially Timothy Tassell and Craig Brooks were very helpful, no pressure whatsoever. Thank you all!AC service

My sales person, Frank Salierno, was available to answer my questions at 0700 in the morning. I did not have an "all day" experience… because my paperwork was prepared before I arrived. It was a true "no hassle" professional, and respectful experience. This was just what I expected when purchasing a Mercedes Benz-awesome job!Todd Johnson is a GREAT Service Advisor
by E350 on 04/29/2019Todd Johnson, my Service Advisor at Crown took great care of me on my last Service. He identified and fixed a problem with my car that I did not believe could be fixed! Once he identified the issue, he went back thru all of my service… records to see if this issue had been addressed earlier and found that it had not. So he was to fix it and make my car enjoyable to drive again!
