Friendly, professional and easy going, Mark walked me through the whole process, and even… had a few other vehicles already lined up for me to look at. 2015 Toyota Sequoia
by Vince P on 04/20/2023We drove 2.5 hours to look at a 2015 Toyota Sequoia. Jim Beaty was our salesperson and had the vehicle ready to go. It was well represented by the pictures online. We noticed a loose belt noise coming from the engine after test driving.… As part of the purchase, the dealership fixed the serpentine belt and tensioner at no extra cost. Jim also had some of the scratches and scuffs buffed out. Overall we were please with the vehicle and the process.Thanks so much, Vince! RK Excellent people skills, services identified & resolved diagnostics.
by Uno on 04/15/2023Highly recommend others folks of associates in front line to never telling a customers to leave or customers need to schedule, to fulfill their goals of associates tasks and due to there loads are full of responsibility, and they are very… hectic of dealings with others tasks are assigned, plus shortages staffs. Always letting their upper management/superior to stepping to assistance with customers needs for the services of their cars issues, mangers can be delegate appropriate action needs. It is there expertise to handle any situation of issues. Associates should never telling any customers “You need to schedules” when greeting customers coming for services, it is like telling a customers to go away. Sincerely with integrity and transparency is keys win customers. Plus, service are open for business and not to stated will close. Thank you very much RK for your expedited with urgency’s and resolved the issues addressed. Very excellent people skills, with years of experiences, and very patience by listening to customers concerned. Then his advised according to mechanic engineers that have identified the diagnostics issues then relay information to customers so it can be proceed the needed action’s. by Paul on 03/09/2023I brought my 2017 Honda Accord in because it stalled on me last week and on a different day it wouldn’t shift into gear. After the diagnostic was done, nothing was found, after inspection there was no fluid leaks or other issues underneath… the car.
