Had a great sales experience with the Germain Dublin location. All the sales people are very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with appreciated the tech overview before leaving the lot. Lots of features to my ES 350 so it was nice to… have somebody walk me through all of them

The salesman, Marvin Carter, was professional and helpful. One of the things I've hated about… car buying over the years is the many back and forth I've had to do between myself and the salesman. There was very little of this. I told him what I hoped for in my trade in and what I was hoping to pay for the car. My husband called the dealership and we were able to come right over and take the car for a test drive. Brian and David were super helpful and friendly… (although since they were wearing masks I probably would not be able to recognize them). We went home and got the car we wanted to trade in. When we returned to the dealership, we were helped immediately and after some paper work, we were driving home in our new (used) Lexus, which we love!Jeannette Godsey

Within an hour we had agreed on a very competitive price and arranged excellent financing.… Throughout the entire process we were treated fantastic and the car was fueled up, cleaned up and waiting for us Saturday afternoon. We drove up from Cincinnati, spent about an hour at the dealership and drove it home.
