Alexa, my Hero on this day!

Alex Spicer is my HERO! My Chev Equinox would not start. Battery was dead. It would only run after a "jump-start" but turn off the engine at a grocery store, Doctors office, or restaurant, I would have to get a "jump-start" to get home.… This was day 2 of this. So, I called the Service Dept and explained my situation and requested an immediate Battery Swap. I was told to bring it in right now and they would take care of it. Upon arriving Alexa said she did get the phone call but was told I would be there at 3pm. I was there at 11:30 am. Alexa told me not to worry that she understood and would get this done. She was AMAZING! She and the service team took care of my battery and did an oil change, all in under 1 hour! Yes, AMAZING SERVICE! I am so grateful! Thank you! Thanks for understanding my emergency and responding with such care! Alexa... my HERO that day! Thank you!

surprise a new car

She bought me a car the sales person nick hartwig even put a couple of signs inthe car telling me that… it was mine. Nick has been great even to this day. He answers all my questions when I call and I call alot iappreciate his support and expertise. I have told some friends to ask for him when they go to buy a new car. First Car Bought From A Dealer!!!!!!!!!

Another reason is I don't have the greatest credit! I decided to go into Jeff Schmitt to see what… that would be able to do for me. Spoke with Jack C. as my sales person, who was very professional. I was nervous do to the fact that I was going from a jacked up truck to a car but new It was the best move for me at this point. He was able to get me financed with a reasonable down payment and got me in a car that I LOVE!!! I was… only walking around the lot for a few minutes by myself when he approached me and made it clear to me he would be happy to answer any questions I had. He asked a few questions about my current vehicle as would be expected from a car salesman, but once I informed him I was just browsing, he didn't try to pressure me into an impulsive purchase. Despite not currently being in the market for a new vehicle, I will definitely put Jeff Schmitt at the top of my list for where I go when I ease into my inevitable mid-life crisis! I went to the lot on a Saturday and my group was greeted by a young man of the name Alex, he was very patient as I had drove several vehicles… until coming to the 12 Malibu.
