by C_Fletcher on 11/18/2014I recently purchased a 2008 Jeep Liberty Limited with the Sky Slider Roof. The roof had issues and did not work properly. This was an issue that the crew at Reineke told me they would take care of. The jeep went in for service and the parts… were on back order for for several weeks, they put me in a very nice 2011 Ford Edge courtesy car. The jeep came back from service and still was not fixed 100%. At this point I was ready to be done with the Jeep as I had a bad feeling this could be a reoccurring issue. Working with Mark Dillion I let him know my concerns and he was more that happy to insure my satisfaction. He worked with my wife and I test driving vehicles in a similar price range to make it right and get me out of the Jeep into a quality vehicle. Within 4 hours of pulling into the dealership we were happily driving away in a 2013 Ford Fusion. If you want a no pressure sales person who is down-to-earth and easy going go see Kasey! He was a… pleasure to work with and guided us to find the car for us without any gimmicks or high pressure sales tactics. Kasey was easy to talk to and easy to get a hold of when we had questions after our first visit. He's also entertaining when you take a car for a test drive! We'd recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle, whether your first time or tenth time buying a car.Check your Keys
by carguy9182476 on 05/20/2010Keypoint: Double EVERYTHING before buying the car. The spare-key that came with my car does not work. Story: The staff was very helpful and I did not foresee any problems after buying the car. I test-drove it and everything was fine.… I bought the car and was given the keys including a spare. It took me a week before I tried to use the spare and the wireless entry does not work, but the key itself did work in the car. I called to see if they would fix it since I had bought the car presuming the keyfab would work, especially since it wasn't handed to me until after the sale. It took several calls to find out they would be no help and a new keyfab would cost me $80-100. Checking a spare key wasn't something I thought I would have to do at a reputable dealer like REINEKE, but I guess I was wrong. Hope this helps someone else.These guys are [violative content deleted]
by dontbyhere99 on 09/10/2009Findlay Ford in Findlay Ohio are nothing but a bunch of [violative content deleted]. My girlfriend leased a 2008 Ford Taurus from them before we were together and they forced her to put $5,000 down on the car at a payment of… $300/month. Now the payment is not what the problem is. They told her she had to put $5000 down in order to lease the car. Well her lease is almost up or at least she thought it was. We went in back in August to talk about the options and we were told that because neither one of us could get a loan at the time the best option was to just keep the car until January of 2010 at 10 cents per mile that we went over our miles. Now Ford Credit called her to talk about her bill and they told her that it isn't 10 cents and that it is actually 20 cents. They also told her that the car is not leased until January and in fact the lease is up as of December 25th. Now we are 5,000 miles over. If it was 10 cents a mile like we were told we would only have to pay $500 as of now. Well since they lied to us and we found out that it is actually 20 cents per mile we now owe $1,000 as of right now. Now these guys are nothing but a bunch of [violative content deleted] and I don't recommend to anyone that you purchase or lease a vehicle from them. They take advantage of single women who are by themselves and they screw everyone of them on their deals. Now you can go if you choose but if you want your credit screwed up I suggest you stay far away from them. But for the record it was just Findlay Ford owned by Stan Kujawa that screwed her. Hopefully Reineke won't let this happen again!Great Sales and Service

I told him what I was looking for and he made it work. I felt like he really cared about helping me find a car that… I could comfortably afford. I would recommend having him help you find a car to anyone.Very Helpful!

They were more than willing to work with me on price because the car I wanted was a little… more money than I was ok to pay. I would certainly go back to them in a heart beat!!!
