    2003 Ford Windstar. I had to have my van towed to the dealership over the weekend due to a bad fuel pump. On Monday am. I spoke with Corey at the service writer's desk. Later in the day Randy called me with the results of their tests. The part was ordered same day and I picked my van up the very next day completely fixed. Great and fast service and contact with both men involved. Lynn Overly

    The guys were all very nice. Even though the car didn't make the noise as it usually did, the guys were very respectful and reassuring that they would do everything possible to alleviate the issue. They tightened some bolts and the brakes no longer make the crunching noise. Thanks so much!!!

    I had an excellent experience. The service staff were very polite and knowledgeable. I love the amenities in the waiting area. I do have issue with the price of tires. It was recommended for me to consider changing them. I was given three different quotes for different brands. While waiting I looked up prices elsewhere, every place I looked was lower priced. I do understand that they price match, but I believe a fair price should have been asked without extra effort on my part. That practice prays on the elderly who will do as they are told. Takes advantage of peoples ignorance. Ask a fair price without prompting.

    Excellent service. My experience at reineke was more then awesome. They worked hard to get me financed and i left the dealership very happy with my purchase.

    We were very pleased with our experience with reineke ford. Clint did a great job helping us get our new car from test driving to getting familiar with all the new bells and whistles on our new car. We had a slight mishap with our new car.. Clint was there every step of the way to make sure I was properly taken care of. We recommend Clint to anyone looking to buy a new car at reineke ford. Thanks Clint for all your hard work and awesome service.. we will be back.

    I have had bad experiences in the past with buying cars. I thought I would be going through the same thing but it didn't happen. Brett Dardio never gave up on me. He went above and beyond in getting me a car. I had my mind set on a certain kind of vehicle but Brett explained that right now this would be the best for me. I thought about what he said and I had to agree with him. And I am glad I did because I really like the car he got for me. I have told everyone I know what great service Brett gave me. There is one other person I need to thank as well. That is Bob Aubin. So between the two of them I have a car I enjoy driving and I will be back in the future.

    We recently leased a Ford Escape and the experience couldn't have been better. In the past, I've dreaded having to shop for a car, because it seems to take forever. We knew what we wanted, so the sales people made every effort to accommodate us. Everyone was so helpful, from the sales people to finance, till we drove our car out the door! It took longer for me to buy a new phone recently than it did to get our car. Thanks to everyone at Reineke Ford. We'll recommend you to everyone!

    Over all my experience with my sales person (Cody) was excellent, he was very helpful with finding the truck I wanted and helped find the right deal for my budget ! However with regardes to the overall loan process it seemed long and drawn out ,I started the process at 10:30 am ,and finely left with my truck around 6pm,this included a 30minute lunch break . (It should be shortened up a bunch )

    Tammy was very helpful and clear on her communication with us. She told us about how long it would take to fix the problems and gave us a car for the weekend but it ended up being fixed that day so we picked it up on Saturday morning.

    I bought a 2016 Escape and Eli was a great help. Thanks to the Ford Motor Company for providing the X Plan that made this vehicle affordable. I have enjoyed driving my SUV to work this week and I look forward to many, many more weeks of hopefully trouble-free weeks to come.
