  • 45,000 mile scheduled maintenance was a very positive experience

    First of all I liked that Walker Toyota would send me reminders that it was time for me to bring my Corolla in for maintenance. I was able to get in right away. When I arrived, a gentleman was there to greet me and walked me in to theโ€ฆ office where I was updated on what needed to be done to my car at 45,000 miles. I never felt pressured to do more. I was then guided to the waiting room where there was cold water in the fridge, hot coffee in the coffee maker and a place where I could sit and read. I haven't had an opportunity to sit and read a book uninterrupted in months!!! They had said my car would be ready by 10:00am and it was!! I had earned reward points and because of this they were able to reduce the amount I paid. They thoroughly explained what they did to my car and reminded me when I would need to bring my car in again for its next scheduled maintenance. I even got a free car wash. Everyone was so friendly and efficient that it made the 30 minute drive well worth it!!

    From the accommodating schedulers, to the friendly courtesy van driver to the ALWAYS exceptional MJ and his ability to make you feel like he is sincerely fair and customer-focused, this is just a super service experience. For the last 5โ€ฆ years, in fact, it has been solid.

  • Excellent Service - No Pressure

    Walker was suggested to us by a family member. "A buddy at work got a great deal on his new car there, you should try them out". So I did. And couldn't be happier! Upon entering the lot at other dealerships we were pounced upon andโ€ฆ taken prisoner, nearly forced into a car. One salesman even berated us (former police officer, lovely) for wanting to leave the lot and his office without a sale. This didn't happen at Walker. We were given time to look around the lot at leisure without someone hawking over us. We found something of interest and walked into the dealership were met by a salesman that was respectful and took the time to listen to our questions. I explained what I was looking for and the salesman promptly took us to the ideal car. From there we negotiated price. It was cut and dry, quickly done and we got the price we went into the dealership wanting to pay. No events occured here that seemed to be shady or an attempt to suck us dry of every penny we had. The car we ended up buying Walker had shipped in from another dealer to meet my demands at no extra charge to us. The gas tank was topped off, the car clean and exactly as promised. Never in my life have I had such a smooth and hassle-free transaction at a dealership. Walker has us as loyal customers for life.

    I looked all over before stopping at this dealership. They give me all the information I ask for and did not treat me like a child, which is what I felt from the other dealers...Have to recommend them very high...

    Purchased 2011 Camry via online quote. Very pleased with process and with dealership. I highly recommend purchasing vehicle from Walker. Also recommend working with Ms. Steele via online process.
  • HORRIBLE customer service

    I purchased a used vehicle from the used car dept at Walker Toyota. After purchase the vehicle needed warranty work done. The used car manager is a complete [non-permissible content removed] and very rude. The vehicle was eventuallyโ€ฆ repaired but that was after 2 days and many phone calls. All of this was for a repair that took two hours.

    Dawn B, my service advisor, took care of all my service needs promptly and gave me cost and time for completion that was right on. She also asked me if was satisfied and if I would like to schedule another service call. She always does anโ€ฆ excellent job. Keep up the good work Dawn.

  • Car purchase

    I bought the 2013 Rav4 yesterday. Tim R. was fantastic through the whole process. I requested an online quote and was very pleased with the price. I've dealt with other dealerships where they give you one price and then when you sign theโ€ฆ paperwork, they have changed the price, so I was dreading having to go through this process. Everyone was very helpful through the whole process including the gentleman in the finance department. I hope to not need another car for at least 10 years, but if I do, I will go back to Walker Toyota.

    Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and friendly, and I trust that my car will cared for properly and in a timely manner. I always ask if my sales person, Issac, is working that day, as I have had my last 2 or 3 leases with him.โ€ฆ He makes a point of greeting me and is/has been more than accommodating. I truly enjoy chatting with him.
