by ashleyy on 12/21/2014I am very pleased with the experience I had with this dealership, it was a first time car buying experience for me. The salesman, George Hoover who assisted me made the entire time there move very quickly and he made sure me as well as my… parents were all on board with every decision made and that we we're comfortable with all of it. I will definitely return in the future.Love my car
by jenn41 on 12/08/2014I would highly recommend my salesman Todd to friends and family. He was genuine, caring, and sincere and certainly listened to all of the things I was looking for in a car. My car is beautiful! Thank you Todd...you were amazing to work… with!Great car

by AMS44067 on 10/10/2014I drove down the North Olmsted Automile, beginning east, working my way to Nissan, which was the last one on my trip. I am so glad I did not buy any other brand. My sales man was George Hoover, very nice, not pushy or trying to convince me… to buy anything I did not want. I took the car for 2 hours, drove around, checked with my insurance agent for a quote, tested all the great features, and I immediately fell in love with the 2015 Nissan Rogue SL AWD with the Premium package. I ha driven a Honda CR-V for the last 2 1/2 years, and always thought I had a smooth ride, well, this one is even smoother, many more features. George Hoover explained everything, the paperwork was easy and quick. My trade-in was estimated fair and very close to the number I had in my head. No need to negotiate. I told him t 4 pm I wanted to purchase this car, I left the dealership with my new ride before 6 pm. I went back the next day with just a few minor questions, got the answers, and everything is just perfect. I was not forced to buying anything in addition. Some dealers try to sell you service agreements, extra protection plans etc. etc. Not here. Things might be different when you finance the entire purchase, but for a cash buyer with a high value trade-in, you don't have to worry about anything.Lease Review
by Bobcats on 10/06/2014On 10/3 I visited the dealership and met with Todd Greggs. Todd was a very congenial individual who I had known previously but had not had any recent association with. Todd was very concerned about my issues - basically I was deliberating… "lease vs purchase". Long story short, Todd exhibited patience, o professionalism, knowledge, courtesies and more as he helped me positively resolve my issues. Then, he effectively coordinated a lease agreement with other principles so that the end result was a seamless, positive, experience that I am absolutely pleased with. On Saturday Todd followed up with me to ensure that all my questions and concerns were resolved - and to set an appointment for that day. Wonderful experience - no hard sell, positive positioning on all issues and a positive, profitable experience for all.Amazing Service!
by k123457 on 09/26/2014I had a wonderful experience buying my car, all my questions were answered and they were extremely helpful throughout the whole process.Horrible Experience
by HRKLM on 09/14/2014This dealership was the typical car experience. The game was played with pricing. They couldn't come down any lower than the MSRP price and make any money. The salesperson, Rob, was "working for us" what did we need. They just couldn't… do it. We had been told although there was special financing not to worry they deal 30 lenders, they could find us a good rate. Eventually that tune changed as they tried to pressure us to buy a Rogue that did not have the items we were looking to purchase. It would be the only way to get the price we were looking for. Funny thing, we were able to go to another dealership and get the exact vehicle at the price we wanted. Huh, funny thing. I will never go back to Nissan of North Olmsted even being the biggest selling Nissan dealership in NE Ohio. Horrible horrible experience!!Awesome service led to a great Sales experience!
by iamgrey1 on 10/28/2010I initially went there to have service work done on my mother's car that she was selling me for my wife to use. This turned into me buying a new car for myself and one for my mother. The service manager was so nice and easy going. They got… me in and out of there in a short time and I didn't have an appointment. I decided to check out their sales department and was pleased that even though my salesman was busy another salesman was willing to fill in and help. Got my questions answered, haggled over pricing a bit and bingo they had two sales and two very happy new Nissan owners. This is the first new foreign car that I have ever owned and after 3 days I am still very happy. The salesmen were great (no strong arming or lies). The finance guy was also really pleasant and didn't talk like a robot when going over the paperwork. Mike D' Amato was even there on a Sunday. My mom's a big Indians fan and knows his commercials. She was happy that he came over and personally thanked us for being customers. I actually visited over 6 dealerships looking for a car before finally deciding on Nissan and then N. Olmsted Nissan. Great experience and glad I gave them a shotNONO Could Not Be A More Appropriate Acronym For This Dealership
by wardp63 on 03/28/2010My wife and I recently went to NONO as she is about to come off a lease on her Lexus RX. She wanted something sporty and we thought we would take a look. We planned on buying an Altima Coupe and like fools, gave them a $1000 deposit so they… could find it and then buy it when they did. They did and brought it to the dealership. Joe/Sales even told us the deposit was refundable, even if they found the car and brought it in. Meantime we had to leave town to tend to an ill parent and it gives my wife time to think about it further and the fact that our parents are getting up in age. She decided she wanted some more time to think about whether or not this car (or any 2door car) was right for her etc. So I call and try to talk with Joe (Sales) and Alex (Finance) and finally Alex calls me back. When I mention that we want some more time and want to come and get our $1000 back, I am told that it is non-refundable and that since they have the car there now and it is a "dealer trade" for them to get it, we forfeit the $1000. I have spoke with a number of other dealers about similar situations and have been told by 100% of the other dealers that they refund the money in similar circumstances. As stated earlier, we were also told by Joe/Sales that they would refund the deposit if we changed our mind. Aside from the $1000, the logic used when explaining why they would not refund our deposit, is insulting. 1 - Who cares if they brought the car in. They were going to sell it to us. When they sell it to someone else, it's the same financial implication to their "deal" 2 - ALLEGEDLY, these cars are so hot (according the Joe and Mike....the "owner" who met us when we were there....as if we would be so impressed). They shouldn't have any trouble selling it, so they won't be stuck with it. People, I am a business owner as well. I KNOW how to treat people and customers. NONO spends all of their money advertising to create this facade of being this huge, great dealership. It is neither, and it obviously is because they need to bring in a lot of NEW customers because old customers will seldom or never come back to them after their experience there. It's the only way bad businesses survive: Bring in more customers than you lose, and you will inevitably grow in spite of yourself! If you have further questions regarding this, you can email me [violative content deleted]. This is not some half-hearted attempt to just spread bad information on a Company. I would NEVER do that...especially as a business owner myself. I want to save any other innocent consumers from being victimized by this company. If you want a Nissan, there are plenty of other options out there. Do NOT make the mistake of going to NONO (Nissan Of North Olmsted) !!!!One of the best dealerships my family and I have ever been too
by tc2010 on 11/28/2009Wr have bought 4 cars from this dealer in the last 3 years and their sales staff and owner are among the nicest people i have ever ment. We would recommend them to anyoneStay away from this dishonest dealership!!!
by lee_lo_ban on 01/31/2009Please note that the previous review written by some body may not be real. The following is my real experience with them yesterday: 1) The guy called Dale Jungeberg quoted internet price of $12478 for a Versa 1.6 + Auto + ABS + free… mats 2) I confirmed every piece of details with him on the phone 3) I drove 25mi down there. They let me see the manager only and said 1.6 doesn't have ABS (even though it does have that officially on Nissan website) and claimed that no dealers are quoting that with ABS. The lowest model that has ABS is 1.8 (much more expensive) 4) They requoted a lower price but without ABS and still stood firm on their lies that the model I wanted is without ABS until I told them I saw that exact model with my own eyes at other dealerships 5) Suddenly the manager changed his tone and said that they can get it for a higher price 6) I shook his hands and left Their overall attitude was horrible. They can lie to you without even blinking their eyes. One thing for sure is they are still using that kind of old school bait and switch to cheat people. You folks out there be careful. I am sure you don't want to deal with any dealership without a single bit of honesty in their heart. It's a cold hard warning to you!!! Good luck buying a new car!!!Best dealer experiance
