    i didn't feel pressured, and Tony was very friendly and easy to work with. The actual trade in and turn in of my prior vehicle was very easy and honestly one of the smoothest transactions I have ever experienced.

    Even though my salesman was juggling many things he still paid very close attention to my purchase and did everything to make it the easiest and fastest I have ever had. I came in at around 3:00 p,m. and was driving out at 6:00 p.m. and was very satisfied with my new Chrysler 300 S.

    The whole process of buying a car from start to finish was smooth and easy. Loved the clean layout and friendly sales people. Matt Manees our sales person was very professional and addressed all my concerns. He was very straight forward and didn't try to sell me a car that was way out of my budget which cant be said about other dealerships. The Finance Director Kurt Smudz was also very professional, organized and explained all the required paperwork. Overall I am very happy with the entire experience and I love my two new Jeep Compass's.

    Everything from the moment I walked in!!! The vibes the friendliness! My sales guy was Tony K. He was the best sales guy ever made my experience very light and easy to go through. I had an appointment and he knew what car I wanted to see so when I arrived the car was parked up front and ready for me to test drive! I love my brand new car! Also this place is definitely the best car dealership around!!! I drive 55 minutes just to deal with this dealership. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. Tony made sure I was well taken care of from getting me water to setting up my new car for me! I would only go back to this place and this place only!! Tony your the best.

    Excellent experience. Mark was very helpful, understanding, and willing to work with us. Mark was truly knowledgable about the Jeep Cherokee I was interested in. He even answered questions from my husband and I on his day off. He and everyone at North Olmsted CDJR made our car buying experience wonderful. The brand new facility is remarkable. Highly recommended.

    I needed a car very quickly because mine unexpectedly broke down and wasn't worth repairing, but I needed to get back to college pronto. I came here expecting to be able to leave with a car that this dealership had advertised in multiple forms (websites, newspapers , etc) and when I got there to test drive, it hadn't even been inspected yet. My salesman assured me that he would get it in first thing in the morning because I needed it to get back to school. First thing in the morning should have been 9am, since they open at 9am. My car wasn't taken into the shop until at least noon and I didn't receive a call until 12:30 telling me that it would still be a few more hours until the car would be finished, as if I had all the time in the world. Finally, after we had my own mechanics inspect the car and decided to purchase it despite having to fix things that the dealership wouldn't (and couldn't because since they did a poor inspection of the car and missed things, they didn't have time to fix other things as the shop was about to close and I didn't have another day for this dealership to completely waste) I went back to finish filling out paperwork. Despite my salesman telling me the day before that the paper I had with my insurance information on it was fine, he came back and said the next day that it in fact wasn't fine. I looked up my insurance card online and after waiting around for twenty minutes, my salesman comes back and says "wait, do you not have full coverage on the car you were driving before?" Despite the fact that I had been in this dealership for two days, he neglected to tell me that there was some "very important strict policy" that states the person purchasing the vehicle must have full coverage. He waited until 5:25pm, 25 minutes after any insurance agency and specifically my agency, had closed to tell me this. He then tells me he can't give me the car unless I'm fully insured, despite it being completely his fault for neglecting to tell me or my family that it was necessary. I fought him on it and eventually the financial manager is able to get me the car, despite not having full coverage, probably because this was the first I was hearing of it because of my [non-permissible content removed] salesman. This place caused me so much stress and the business as a whole wasn't organised. I'm utterly disappointed with how things were handled throughout my overly drawn out purchase. I will not be reccommending this dealership, nor will I ever be returning; I'd much rather spend my money where competent people are employed.

    My wife and I arrived on a Saturday morning to look at a few Jeep Grand Cherokees and we found one with the Altitude package, also known as a blackout package. A very nice man by the name of George "Mac" McGee came up to us with a very nice and warm welcome. You can usually tell a bad salesman off the get go but Mac was amazing. Listened to our needs and addressed it accordingly. We gave Mac our number and left the dealership. A few emails and phone calls my wife and I went back in and started the lease transition. We were expecting a long drawn out back and forth battle but it was a matter of hours before we ended up in with Kurt in financing. Kurt was not your typical "look down upon you" type of guy he had a sense of humor and helped us get to a comfortable trade price. We picked up the Jeep that day and our salesman, Mac, had a day off that day but left the comfort of his home to come in and help set my wife and I up in the Jeep. Mac went over the interior workings and exterior and answered any questions we had. You could tell Mac knew his Vehicles because he was very quick and knowledgable to answer our questions. I cannot recommend George "Mac" McGee enough to anyone who plans on wanting an easy and very welcoming vehicle purchase. George sets the standard in what a car salesman should be, welcoming, courteous, understanding the needs of the customer and knowledgable. We ended up trading our 2012 Buick Enclave for the 2015 Grand Cherokee and it was all thanks to George's attentiveness to our needs and the ease of the purchase with the help of Kurt in financing battling on our behalf to get where we needed to be. We WILL be back to Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in North Olmsted and will be recommending Mac to all my friends, many of which have seen the Grand Cherokee with the Altitude package and will be down to say hello. thank you again.     Had no plan on doing anything but looking at the 2011 Grand Cherokee. After speaking to a salesman who knew about the 2011 I decided I really should drive one. I have owned/leased some brand of S.U.V. for over 20 years. I was impressed with it enough to trade in my M.Benz ML Series. And to drive one the 2011 Limited. I do not enjoy the buying experiance at dealerships. BUT I must say that I actually had a good time. While we waited for paperwork the salesman Lee reminded me that all comparable cars are "comparable" in perfect driving conditions. That since I drive from one side of the U.S. to the other in ALL driving conditions I should pay attention to adverse driving ability. Lee then drove for 20 Minutes so I could examine adverse drive. We braked hard on a pile of gravel, we went up a 45 degree grass slope with dew covered grass. Never did the Jeep feel as if it was losing ground or control. The stability system is FLAWLESS. If you need an S.U.V. take a look at the New Jeep. And if you live in Ohio look at this one. It was clean & professional, The staff is rea and knows how to make it pleasant to be there.

    Went there just to see what they'd give me on a trade-in (my husband has already leased a Jeep and had just purchased a 2010 Rubicon from there). Worked with Todd and Greg, who got me into a 2009 Jeep Commander, which was exactly what I wanted. Greg worked endlessly getting me the best deal on financing. I couldn't have been taken care of any better. Will absolutely recommend this dealer.

    The people, Chris Weber (salesman) Joe Peck (manager) at this dealership are great! Everyone is friendly and make you feel great about working with them. When the vehicle I wanted wasn't attainable, they did everything possible to make sure I was happy and get me into a car I could afford and loved! This is the only dealership I will use.

    I came in and asked for a written quote for a specific vehicle on their lot and for my trade, which was on-hand. I told them I was shopping around for quotes and didn't want to waste anyone's time. 2 hours later, I got a quote for sticker on the new vehicle and a low-ball offer on my trade. The whole time they were pressuring me for information about the other quotes I had gotten. This was a frustrating experience. I will never shop or get service from this dealer, even though they are less than a mile from my house. I ended going to Haasz in Ravenna, where I got a fair offer and was able to purchase the same day.

    Dealer was pretty slow when I arrived since the weather had been bad that morning. I came to look at a Patriot, and then saw a newer used Subaru on the lot that was perfect. After test driving both I decided on the Subaru. In the few hours between when I left the lot that afternoon, and when I called that evening to give the green light and start the paperwork, the Subaru had been sold! But thats my fault for not putting the deposit down I guess. The good news is that I came back the next morning to look at the Patriots again, and ended up buying a new '12 Patriot Altitude Edition with everything I wanted! Even though it took a little bit to decide exactly which patriot I wanted, and I was not willing to budge much on price, the staff there was excellent and I was out the door with exactly what I wanted. Glad someone else got the Subaru, because I LOVE my Jeep! I ordered some Mopar accessories as well with my purchase, and came back a couple days later to pick them up. The service staff was quick and friendly. Shout out to Elizabeth helping me through my first new car purchase! You ROCK!

    At first the experience was positive, but it quickly changed. The trade in value they offer is extremely low, in fact its lower then the KBB trade in value. They try to compensate by throwing numbers out there to confuse you and make you think they are covering the difference elsewhere but they are'nt. I think this is because their lot is so small and they are forced to sell their trade in's at wholesale auctions.
