by Ray on 02/01/2025I saw online a mercury suv and after talking with the sales lady I asked for a copy of the carfax and it took two days to send it to me and found out it was a total loss which was not told to me upfront. They would not post the carfax… online. If you are looking for a used car STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.... Never got any reply from the manger and the sales lady Racheal did not reply back in a professional manner.......... STAY AWAY FROM THIS FORD DEALER IN OHIO..............Inept at it's best
by Larry Thompson on 10/11/2023I took the battery from my motorhome in to be tested as it wasn't hold a charge. The battery had a 36 month warranty with a 100 month prorated. After spending about an hour waiting while they tested it they told me that it was bad. They… also said that Ford had changed the warranty and no longer had the 100 month prorated coverage. They said I would have to take it back to the dealer that I bought the battery from. I took it back where I bought it and they took care of me . Ofcourse they had to do their own testing which I understood but that was another hour and a half. They told me that there was no reason that Tri Motor Sales couldn't have processed my claim.
