Second lease with Dave Duncan and third with Yark

Both Dave and Yark have kept their promises and have repeatedly… gone out of their way to make my buying experiences both pleasurable and efficient. Treated me like family!
by MomOfAllTrades on 01/18/2015I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Yark 3 months ago from Rob Rohrs. I loved the car and had a great experience. Then, a drunk driver hit us head on last week, totaling the Jeep. Luckily, my children and I walked away with just… bumps and bruises (Thank God for great safety features in Jeeps!!). I called Rob to start looking for a new car. He was awesome and helped me through a pretty tough time for my family. He made sure I was in exactly the vehicle we wanted and that I was treated like a member of the Yark family. This is the third vehicle I have bought from Yark, and I am sure it is not the last.Thank you for sharing this amazing experience about your sales visit with Rob! I didn't feel pressured. I felt they really put my needs first and worked with… me in getting me a safe vehicle for me and my kids. The entire transition from start to finish was excellent. Having an area for my kids to chill while I was able to do the paperwork really put me even more at ease. I know that he would do it again for someone else. New 2014 Jeep Overland

Matt found the Jeep that met our needs within minutes, let us drive it, then gave us a great price. We didn't expect to find/buy… our new car that fast...but we were in and out of there in no time. Excellent Experience AGAIN!

Since the Wranglers were flying off the lot they didn't have any with the… features I was looking for. Within a couple days they had one that had everything I was looking for and the buying process was a piece of cake. Unbelievable
by ronv7 on 04/03/2013updated 04/25/2025After an inspection to validate my warranty I was told I would need $1100.00 worth of work to approve the validation. I told them I would have my mechanic do the work and bring the vehicle back to have it validated. Was told o.k. and they… just had to fill out some paperwork. After waiting another 15 minutes, I told them that they must have the paperwork finished by now, as I had to be to work. I was told that my car was on a lift and would I have preferred they didn't do anything at all. I said I was told my wait would be 45 minutes to an hour and it was already an hour and a half and I had to be to work. The service guy yelled " well you didn't want us to do your service work and it takes time to fill out the warranty, WHICH YOU FAILED!". I was angry and went back to the waiting room and exclaimed that I couldn't [non-permissible content removed] believe how this guy was talking to me. I waited another fifteen minutes for them to bring out my car and then went in to the cashiers area to pay for services rendered. While telling the girls in the cashiers office how poorly I was talked to by this service guy, that same service guy came in and asked if I wanted to talk to his manager, as he had seen everything that transpired between us. I said please. He came in and I started to tell him my complaint. He said he saw everything and I was out of line and had been giving them trouble since I got there. When I explained that I thought his guy was beligerent to me because I wasn't getting my service done from them and asked how it was o.k. for him to tell me "you don't want your service done here and it takes time to fill out warranty paperwork, THAT YOU FAILED!", he said " Don't you have to be somewhere? I thought you were going to be late for work? Why don't you just leave?". I told the girls in the office that I couldn't effing believe this. Now the manager is being rude and telling me "Why don't you just leave?"! I signed the paperwork and repeated that I couldn't [non-permissible content removed] belive this. I went immediately to talk to a sales manager(I have purchased two vehicles from them and my daughter one), and was told the gm of service and sales would call me. He did. I told him the story and said don't take my word for it, please check the video cameras. He called me back the next day and said that the cashier and another regular "customer" said that I used "choice" words. I said check the film, the words I used were in reaction to how I was treated. He said there were no cameras in the cashiers office, and the other cameras wouldn't show him anything and any Chrysler dealer can validate my warranty and he thinks I should take my business elsewhere. My pleasure. Subsequently I scheduled an appointment with my service guy and he tells me that some of the things they said needed to be done don't have to and the things that do would be half of what I was quoted. I work in the service industry and have never seen anything like this. They were upset that I didn't get the work done from them and treated me poorly because of it. Then the junior manager covered for his employee and the senior manager covered for him and I ended up being told to "just leave" twice! Shop at your own peril.I bought my first new car from Yark

They threw in a bunch of extras even though the Journey was fully loaded. I have extended bumper to bumper warranty for 10 years and… service is free!
