Even though we did not end up buying a car from Angel due to Roush not having the right color for a used CRV at the time, we feel… very comfortable visiting this dealership and would visit this dealership with our next purchase. I called this dealership at 11am and told them i was coming from an hour away and wanted to test drive a specific vehicle...they put me on hold and 5 minutes later got back on and told me that not only was the vehicle… available they would have it pulled up front and ready to look at. I show up at noon on the dot and they inform me the vehicle sold earlier that morning and then tryed to immediately show me other vehicles they had. Be very weary of this sales team! They have shady sales tactics. There is a reason why they are working at a budget car lot and not selling new lexus...avoid!Satisfied customer!

I came in knowing exactly the car I was interested in; I approached Spyros not the other way around which I… really appreciated; Spyros was quick to assist, and I did not feel any pressure. I was actively working with 2 other Honda dealerships and they came… nowhere near how quickly he got back to me. Financing was also unexpectedly low pressure and straight forward. Overall experience has surpassed any other experiences had up to this point. Thank you...Great service

by mjg5545 on 04/15/2018I am very happy with my purchase. I found dealing with Roush Honda to be very unique. I have never purchased a car in this manner before now. I found each step to be confusing. I would suggest that the first person dealt with should explain… the system at the beginning so the customer understands the procedure. I felt confused and uncertain about whether or not I was financed. After getting everything dealt with the procedure went well. The personnel were very polite and very helpful. The only problem I found was with the online credit approval system. It would not allow me to finish the application process causing me to have wait until I arrived at the dealership. I would suggest that the program should be updated. Thank youVery nice

I had such a good experience my first time there and every subsequent visit for service, that I trusted them to help me make… the right choice. I received excellent service from Josie, Cameron and Mike and got a great deal for a new Honda Fit. Im so happy that I returned to Roush!Excellent!!!

by elbungo on 04/04/2018My previous lease through Honda was coming to an end, so I decided to visit Roush after seeing good reviews and good specials on their website; I previously went to another dealership when I started my lease, but my experience there wasn't… spectacular. Richard Miller listened to what I was looking for, and took the time to answer any questions I had and to give me personal insight into what he liked about each model. He really took the time with me even though I was a walk-in on a Saturday, so they were extremely busy. At the end of that Saturday, I decided I wasn't quite ready to make a decision, and when I let him know as much, he wasn't at all pushy - he just gave me his card and let me know that, if I did decide I wanted to go through with another lease, to let him know so we could set up an appointment. Just a few days later I decided I did want to do a new lease, and I set up an appointment with him for the following Saturday. When I showed up for my appointment, Richard was prepared - he had taken the time to pull information on the cars I had expressed interest in, so the process was super easy and straight-forward. I feel like the leasing process can be confusing, but he managed to make it easy to understand. The person who helped me with the actual paperwork, Mark Zolendziewski, was also super friendly and helpful, and at no point did I feel pressured to sign up for services I may not need (again, unlike the previous dealership). Overall, my experience at Roush was phenomenal - so much so that my mom, who was with my for the process, will likely go here when her lease is up. I never take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience since it was so great!A Stellar Car Purchase Thanks to Doug Antle

Doug really listened to what I needed, pointed out a great car that… could meet my needs and it a came together. I greatly appreciate Doug's old school, connect with the customer approach. A rarity in this day and age of technology and apps. I'd recommend Doug 1000 percent. He embodies the best of Roush Honda.Management
by limepopsicles on 04/02/2018Unfortunately, I feel I received poor customer service from the management. I am dissatisfied with the vehicle I purchased. The quality is not there. I was willing to work to see if I could get back in my car I had traded in since it seemed… all the paperwork hadn't been filed. The paperwork was not filed correctly the first time, meaning I had to return to sign another document. At this point in time, I cannot recommend Roush Honda or any Honda dealer.Great experience

At Roush Honda, we've been proudly serving the Westerville for decades! It all started in 1965 with Edwin "Dubbs" Roush, when he expanded the family business to include a Honda motorcycle dealership. Shortly after that, the motorcycles were swapped out for cars and Roush Honda was up off the ground. Fast forward to 1991 and the dealership was sold to employees, and in 1997, Roush Honda became 100% employee-owned.
